Description
A unique apartment in a small apartment building (14 apartments) overlooking a river estuary and the Atlantic Ocean in the pretty fishing village of Ferragudo. This spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a total living area of 200 m2 including a large balcony which stretches across the whole apartment. We had a new kitchen fitted in in 2019 and most recently, new bathrooms in 2024. There is a beautiful communal garden with a swimming pool overlooking the beach, which is right in front of the apartment. The village square, other beaches, shops, and excellent restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. Furthermore, there are a great number of activities such as dolphin safaris, fishing, canoeing and boat trips to the many beautiful caves along the coast. For golfers, there are several beautiful golf courses within 20 minutes drive and the nearest golf course is only 5 minutes away. The apartment is also available for a longer period during the winter months (November-March). Please get in touch with us to negotiate an interesting price.

“PERFECT”
we spent a week in Jane's lovely apartment..could sleep 6 but in the end there was only two of us we have stayed before in clube rio.bit in a much smaller apartment so we knew the area and ferragudo very well.we last stayed about 10 years ago but had been quite a few times before that.on.our own with friends or kids. to our delight not much had changed.ferragudo is still very much a genuine Portuguese fishing village with locals wecoming us tourists with great places to eat and drink all you need in the local shops.and for the first time ever we didnt even hire a car the apartment itself was spacious and absolutely everything anyone could possibly need Well equipped kitchen . although we ate out every day..stunning views and lovely shared pool everything was perfect and Jane was extremely helpful and replied to any query we had immediately thankyou Jane. 5 stars and look forward to staying again next year

“Wonderful villa”
Just returned from a fabulous week at this wonderful villa in Ferragudo. The villa exceeded our expectations as was enormous and very modern and well equipped. Lovely views from the balcony towards the beach and estuary. Although the pool was shared with the other villas most of the time we had it to ourselves which is amazing in August!! Ferragudo is lovely with a good selection of restaurants and a perfect destination for a family holiday.

Like everywhere in Portugal the cobblestone steps are best to walk on sneakers. There is also another access to the square from the apartment, via the side alley next to the apartment along the beach. You're also at the square in a few minutes.
