“Great House for the price.” This is a bargain house. Everything you need is already here. From strollers and bikes to all the pool toys. People have contributed along the way too which is nice to be able to leave things behind knowing they will be used. My only complaint would be that it takes about 30 minutes to get to the parks unless you know the alternative routes. Most people don't. Otherwise this place is fantastic.

“Florida Breeze Villa” We really enjoyed our month in your beautiful home. The house is a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath well decorated comfortable home. We enjoyed the pool and entertaining friends in the enclosed pool area. The Cape Coral neighborhood is extremely convenient to area restaurants, our church of choice in the area, grocery store, access to Ft Myers, Sarasota, Naples, Venice and all our favorite places. We had a great time relaxing and enjoying the weather in the area and we are hoping to get down your way again in the not-too-distant future. “Quiet Spacious Well Appointed Home” Central located in North Port in a quiet residential area between Naples and Sarasota with quick access to I -75 to allow easy access to many beaches, attractions and restaurants. The owner has thought of everything for a day out with the family at the beach including shell scoops to find that special seashell or prized shark tooth!! The house has a very well appointed kitchen, spacious pool area and a heated pool and hot tub. There is even a full office to keep up with any computer needs you may have. The Wifi is fast and efficient. Kurth we thank you for the use of your home and your hospitality even when you and your and family were on vacation overseas. “Mrs” This rental was clean and neat. It had great amenities and my kids love the pool and spa. The play room in the garage made it perfect for my kids when they ran out of energy from the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would defiantly recommend this unit to anyone.

“Perfect Luxury” Our 5-week stay at this vacation rental was absolutely perfect. The house was everything you could ask for and more. We have stayed in many vacation rentals in the last 20 or so years that we have been coming to anna Maria Island and I have to say this one was right at the top of the list. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could want. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice to deal with and always responded quickly and were very warm and helpful. Definitely can recommend this vacation rental.

“Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Your best choice for location!” We stayed for 10 lovely days in this home and I have to say It was an even better location than I expected. Everything you could want to do is in walking distance or you can walk to the village (maybe a 3 minute walk)and hop in a free taxi . The house is well appointed and beds are very comfortable. We traveled with a 10 yr.old, 11yr. old , and 15 yr. old my 15 yr. old niece slept in the trundle bed and commented on how comfortable the bed was. In the kitchen you will find a drawer full of menus for the many nearby restaurants and information for water activities. I highly recommend parasailing while your there ! Considering how close everything is the street is very quiet and the owners were great to deal with. Thanks Kathi and Grant!

“The perfect for a family vacation !” We found Sunset Palace to be very comfortable for our large family and very well located. Close to everything we needed. The house was very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool and I loved the spacious lanai.The rental company was efficient and friendly.We wouldn't hesitate to rent again. “Can't wait to come back!” This house was huge and it was stocked with everything you could need. From pool floats, to a grill, to beach chairs and umbrellas, to bicycles, you won't be bored! Bob and Elayne were excellent, giving tips on what to do and where to go and great communicators. The pool was fantastic and the dock was perfect for my husband to fish from. We can't wait to go back!

“Absolutely gorgeous villa that took our breath away” My wife and I rented the villa Tuscany from Vacationhit last month after we were drawn in by the beautiful pictures and great location. We wanted something truly extraordinary for our 25th wedding anniversary and upon arrival to the villa I immediately knew that I made the right decision with the Tuscany. The house is beyond fabulous and looked as if it were brand new! The view you get from the living room, upstairs bedroom, and the patio area is beautiful. The pool and spa were a delight to swim in and there was something special about lounging by the edge and looking across the big lake. We had a lot of questions for the property management company and they were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The weather wasn't perfect but the Tuscany more than made up for that small misfortune. My wife and I will definitely be coming back next year!

“Wonderful place to stay” Fun watching the boats go by while in the pool or jacuzzi. Very clean. Bedding smells great. Lots of towels. Didn't have to worry about the small stuff like dish soap and laundry soap which was great. The yacht excursion was super fun. Kind and generous homeowners/captains. They made us feel so welcome. It felt like we knew then for years.
