“Great condo for staying & playing!” Great condo! The layout is wonderful. It was very roomy, w/3 bathrooms, a jet tub, and a large screen tv w/Netflix and other systems access which is great for relaxing after a long day of activity. The balcony is large with a view of the ocean & the bay. I highly recommend staying and playing here!

“The week was a most awesome experience.” the weather could not have been any more georgous. this was our 1st time in 392, but everything was perfect. Perdido Resort was vey accomidating. J.D. was quite friendly and helpful. the only thing i would want to suggest about the condo would be they need to put some type drapes on the bedroom windows. I am a sun worshiper so the beach was the best I have experienced.

“Quiet” I came to clear my head, I wanted quiet and peaceful and that's just what I got. I was a little surprised at how quiet the town was but it was cool and off season. I was alone but felt very safe. The condo was comfortable and the view was awesome. The next time I return, I would hope to have a partner, it would be a lovely place for a couple to spend a week together.

“More than wonderful !” My eldest son recommended Perdido Sun. I was taking the boys to Perdido Cye since 1988. My last visit was prior to " Ivan". I was so impressed by the rebuiling. Your property was just what my son from Germany and I were looking for a short vacation. From the managment to the condo was " Great, friendly and helpful". Our visit was wonderful. “Worth It!!!” Our family stayed at Westgate Lakes for one week during Spring Break. We had a four bedroom condo and the space was fabulous!!! We were more than impressed with the resort staff and all the ammenities. The location was also very excellent and so easy to find and so close to the attractions we wanted to visited. The resort was very clean in all areas and very safe and secure for our family.

“Forget the beach... Give me life on the river” Kathryn, Ron, Annie, and Gracie couldn't have been more gracious hosts. Kathryn and Ron were so accommodating and Annie and Gracie are my favorite furbabies on the planet. There was so much to enjoy right outside the front door. The river is so relaxing and the entire retreat is so well appointed and still a short drive to the beach. We enjoyed the fire pit, the river, the hammocks, the boat ride, the beautiful night lights, playing with Annie and relaxing with Gracie... The list goes on. Kathryn suggested a visit to Gulf World where she and Ron made sure we were treated like VIP. The shows and exhibits were amazing! And if you're wondering if you should have breakfast... YES! You should. My mom is a very good cook and picky eater and she loved every item on the menu. My mother has always hated bread pudding, but not Kathryn's! It is the best bread pudding you'll ever have. With all of that said; I must say the best part was chatting with Kathryn at breakfast and learning about the history the river holds from the boat ride with Ron. Kathryn and Ron have created a unique experience that you simply can't get anywhere else. State side or abroad- this was my most favorite mini vacation ever and I'm already planning my next visit. I'm home now and I am still feeling rejuvenated and relaxed from my time at Choctaw Lodge Retreat. My only issue is I am hungry because now I have to cook my own breakfast again :(. Tip for future guests: in the master bathroom shower... The big knob at the bottom... Pull it... you're welcome ;)

“Great house, great location!” This house is terrific! We had 4 couples and 5 kids ages 2 months to 6 years old... we all stayed for an entire week and had a great time. There are enough bathrooms and bedrooms for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for the older kids. The pool is AWESOME. All of the extra toys in the garage were a huge bonus. The dock provided entertainment at night for the fisherman of the group. We caught a stingray, blue fish, and crabs. We cooked breakfast and dinner for our group every day. The kitchen worked out well. The extra fridge in the basement adds extra convenience. The dining table sat up to 8... this is the only thing I would have liked to have changed... a larger table to accommodate 12 but that is hard to find in a vacation rental. The location of the house is great. Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Navarre Beach, and Destin were close enough for day trips and entertainment. Absolutely gorgeous beaches! I would stay here again without question.

“Time in Paradise” We recently had the luck to spend two months in paradise. This condo was comfortably appointed, well stock to meet all our needs, and most importantly in the perfect location. The beach was a short walk to the left and stores and restaurants were just a short walk to the right. “Perfect Vacation Relaxation Spot” The view from the room and balcony was gorgeous. Sitting on the balcony each morning sipping my coffee was heavenly. All of the amenities were close to the room and just short walks away. The property itself was well maintained and quiet while still being family friendly. The room was comfortable and a great home base at the end of our daily jaunts. Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater were very easy drives from the Inn. I can't wait to visit again.

“Beautiful!” There are so many wonderful things, I don't know where to start! We absolutely loved the view, it was amazing. Very convenient and quiet location, close to everything we wanted to do but away from the party crowd. Everything was very clean and tidy, the lighting in the dining area is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. The photos just dont do it justice. The shower was super cool, you can adjust the height, so our 4 year old was able to comfortably take a shower and we didn't have to chase her around the tub with a cup, lol. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable! The pool area was also very nice, 2 pools and a large hot tub that was very hot. We enjoyed that a lot :) one of the pools was indoor/ outdoor which is nice so you can still swim and be out of the sun. We look forward to staying here again soon.

“Sunset Dreams - Tropical Paradise” What a wonderful place! We just returned and we miss it very much already. As my wife puts it, "it was like being in another world!" She's become an overnight ornithologist and marine biologist. The owners went well above the standard of what a normal property rental would be. From furnishings, to decor, to kitchen utensils, and appliances; they blow every rental property we've ever seen right out of the water. The home is immaculate. And the island itself has endless things to do. We've already booked for next year!

“Wonderful place to stay” Fun watching the boats go by while in the pool or jacuzzi. Very clean. Bedding smells great. Lots of towels. Didn't have to worry about the small stuff like dish soap and laundry soap which was great. The yacht excursion was super fun. Kind and generous homeowners/captains. They made us feel so welcome. “Absolutely elegant!!!” We had a wonderful stay in lovely Villa Cape Coral! We were in awe of the beauty - absolutely elegant home & furnishings, spotlessly clean, & a gorgeous location! It was perfect! We loved using the kayaks to explore the canals & the connecting ecological preserve. We also rented the boat & went out around Sanibel & Captiva Islands ~ what an adventure! Such beauty to see and so many dolphins swimming near us too! It was an amazing time! Grilling & dining out by the pool and relaxing in the pool & spa was such a glorious way to end each day!
