“Amazing stay” Place was clean , looks much better than the photos and had tons of items u would need to buy at the store for other rentals already in the condo for you. Master bed very comfortable. Back patio nice to sit out in. Within walking distance to beach. Pools and parks across from condo. Owner is helpful and answers quickly . Has wifi and cable tv. Close to great food places and fun. Wonderful experience and priced very well for what you get. Would definitely book again in the future. Thanks Bob for a great stay.

“Great place, good value!” This was our first time renting a house from an owner. We had a great experience. The owner Mary was very helpful and she even called us right after we checked-in to make sure that everything met our standards and we had what we needed. The unit is very clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The resort is in a great location and has easy access to expressway I-4 and 417. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to Disney and the Espn World Sport Center. We also enjoyed walking around Old Town in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Thank you Mary for letting us stay there.

“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“Ocean View in Paradise” My fiance and I stayed at this condo for the second time in New Smyrna Beach in November and it is a great place to get away. This condo is oceanfront and so you can look out the window with nothing blocking your view of the ocean. It has a nice beachside get away type of feel with how it is decorated and the bed is very comfortable. My fiance really loved the sound of the waves crashing into the beach. The pool is nice and seemed like it was your own private pool as only 1 other couple was out there. There is a very cool bar just a couple block walk down the beach call Chases on the Beach. Seating on the deck with an outside bar and then a separate bar that had many Tv's for your sports intake. Kitty corner across the street is an amazing restaurant called "so Napa" that has great martini's/wine and all the food is good. Their bread is awesome! Played golf at New Smyrna Beach Golf club and the rates are very reasonable with good ability to get a tee time last minute. Down the road in the Flagler avenue area is a fantastic sub shop called Manzano's. Fresh cut subs with Boar's Head Meats... Yum! Flagler ave has tons of shops, small local bars and places to see. A couple other local unique bars are Moe's and Beachside Tavern (They have live music here and it is pretty fun local place, love the rhino head).

“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Very Nice Surprise” It was our first visit of the area and St George Island. By the end all of us had a nice surprise-the vacation was just great. The island, the house and the area were above our expectations. We found a lot of exiting things to do in the area in December. We visited apalachicola museums, State Park and went for a deep water fishing trip. Everything was a great fun. But most of all we liked the beauty of the Island, Plantation and The Gulf. The house was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Very relaxing and nice but not boring vacation.
