“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with our family!!

“If you want an awesome getaway without having to leave the property for fun...this is your place!” This home has an awesome dock for fishing, boat lift, swimming pool, sandy beach with beach chairs, kayaks and completely fenced in property in case you want to bring your pet with you. The chef's kitchen is amazing with top of the line appliances for all of your meals that you will want to cook. You can walk to the shops and restaurants that are iconic to this area. “If I had only one word to describe this house, it would be Zen.” My husband & I stayed here with my three teenagers (13, 16 &' 18) over spring break. Paul answered my emails immediately when I had a few questions prior to our arrival. There was a manual that covered everything you could possibly need to know about the appliances, pool, local attractions, etc. . The home was beautiful, spotless, well-equipped and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone to have his/her own room. I liked that the kids could share the upstairs bath and we had our own master suite. It was easy to cook meals because everything you could possibly need to prepare them is there. The Publix grocery store is minutes away. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. Getting around is simple and nothing we wanted to do was very far. Even getting to Clearwater Beach only took about 40 minutes (in heavy spring break traffic). I would not hesitate to stay here again.

“Spacious and comfortable” Although this was not the home pictured in the photos of the home we chose and thought we were staying, it provided the same spacious and comfortable space needed for a family reunion. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was really nice with amazing sunsets in the evening and moonsets in the early morning. There was a resident Sandhill crane who meandered by for a visit each day. The location of this quiet resort community was pleasantly out of the way of the crowds, yet reasonably convenient to anything you would need or want to do. Our main concern was that we were unable to consistently lock the back sliding glass door and there was no bar to place to lock it. (And, the crumb tray on the toaster was broken.) Other than that, the home was a little tired, but more than adequate. Thank you for a delightful week!

“Spring Break” Had a wonderful Spring break at this well maintained 6 bedroom home. The weather was a nice, early taste of summer. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal put the management company fixed it quickly. I think the cleaning service could do a little bit better we found some items from previous renters under the beds, and earrings in the carpet. Not a big deal but for neat-freaks it was noticeable. I would definitely stay there again, great location.

“Beautiful little cottage” We stayed at this lovely little cottage on Siesta Key mid-April. The cottage is very nice, with all the amenities, even a washer/dryer for extended stays. It's cozy, with high ceilings, a nice bathroom and kitchen/living room. The bed seemed a little small (only a double), but it was very comfortable. The wireless internet was not working when we were there, which was a little frustrating. There is a beautiful pool and nice garden areas. The private beach was also very nice. All of the staff and the owner were extremely pleasant and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there.

“Location, Location, Location” We were a group of 8 and rented the entire compound! The place was in an amazing location that was easily accessible to everything. We had everything we needed onsite and if we had any questions, Phyllis was always just a phone call away. The music and talking at night from the cigar lounge was a bit loud, but nothing we couldn't tolerate. The only suggestion I'd make is to buy an ionizer for the first two units to help with the cigar smell....again, nothing intolerable, but could make a world of difference. Can't wait to come back for another visit! THANK YOU!
