Villa al centro della nota località turistica di Fontane Bianche, a soli 30 metri dalla spiaggia.
Perfetta location per organizzare le escursioni, la villa è in una posizione ideale per visitare con facilità tutta la Val di Noto, l'ingresso dell'autostrada è a soli 4 Km .
Principali distanze:
15 Km da Siracusa, 20 Km da Noto ( Patrimonio UNESCO ) , Modica 55km, Caltagirone 113Km, Etna 118Km, Taormina 128Km, Agrigento 221Km.
La casa ideale per chi ama andare al mare, a tutti gli orari solo con infradito e telo da spiaggia, un minuto a piedi, la villa ha l'ingresso da una strada privata chiusa al traffico.
Si puo scegliere sia la spiaggia libera o in alternativa i comodissimi e attrezzati lidi privati. Adatta per famiglie con bambini o coppie in cerca di relax.

- Vendicari :
( Riserva naturale orientata ) con le sue spiagge di sabbia finissima e i maestosi fenicotteri e aironi. Il luogo ideale per gli amanti del mare e del birdwatching.
- Marzamemi :
Antico borgo marinaro, che vi stupirà per i suoi colori e le sue specialità gastronomiche più ricercate, come bottarga, ventresca e mosciame di tonno.
- Portopalo di Capo Passero e l'isola delle correnti, la punta più sud d'Italia. Se vi chiedete da dove viene il pomodoro ciliegino che avete assaggiato nella vostra insalata, probabilmente da qui.
- Palazzolo Acreide nei monti Iblei.
- Caltagirone la città della ceramica.
- Cava grande del cassibile ( riserva naturale orientata ) e i laghetti di Avola Antica.
- La Necropoli di Pantalica.
- Etna il vulcano d'Europa per un'escursione da non dimenticare.
- Taormina 1h e ½ di auto, ( tutta autostrada ).
- Ragusa la città dei ponti:
Visitate la cattedrale di San Giorgio con il suo prospetto barocco, percorrete la via Roma, la vallata Santa Domenica deve essere ammirata dal Ponte Vecchio, quello centrale, costruito nel 1835. Poi percorrete Corso Italia e visitate Palazzo Schininà, meravigliosa sede vescovile appena restaurata. Nella discesa verso Ibla non perdetevi la Chiesa della Madonna dell'Idria, il cui campanile è rivestito delle ceramiche di Caltagirone.

Il modo più dolce per concludere un viaggio, patria del cioccolato più antico di Sicilia.
