Description

The accomodation comprises of a 2 bedroomed Beach house, which is located at the end of a terrace and has its own patio area to ground and terrace area to the first floor, providing a very individual style. The house is unique to the site as its is the only accommodation with a living area to the first floor. It has an open plan lounge and kitchen to the first floor,and a double bedroom and twin bedroom to the ground floor, with a bathroom containing a built in shower. The Lounge has a settee , chairs and table and chairs to accommodate four people. There is a 37 inch LCD tv with Manhattan Freeview and a dvd player. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, built in oven, electric hob and microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The first floor terrace has a table and chairs to provide confortable alfresco dining. The house also benefits from central heating. The house has been tastefully furnished by the owners, and is the only property on the site to benefit from having 2 allocated car parking spaces.

The apartment is non smoking and linen and bath towels are provided, but beach towels are not.
