Description
With an incredible view of the Atlantic and the city of Funchal, this typical Madeira house was restored by a renowned Portuguese architect in 2008, . Integrated in a 1300m2 property, very quiet, offers to guests a shared lush garden of tropical flowers, 120m2 balcony with sea view, terrace, barbecue, 12x6 mts swimming pool. Near Funchal center (5 min by car-bus on the door) and "formosa" beach. Supermarket (300mts), restaurant, bar, bakery (50 mts).
"Casa do Poço" was built from an old tank irrigation to support agriculture in the area and has an incredible artistic and romantic expression, like the main house.
The master bedroom, with a comfortable king size bed and side sea view is set in a artistic mezaninne, while the living room can be converted into a second bedroom ( even in a open space) with a comfortable sofa - bed. Meals can be made inside or outside, in the various existing spaces, taking advantage of the good weather, the magnificent sea views and the tranquility of the well maintained garden.

Effectively the weather in Madeira in July was very different from usual, rainy, cold and cloudy days, a climate that makes everything difficult and sad. The humidity rate in Madeira is 90% and, without sun it makes the lives of people who do not tolerate humidity more difficult, in our house or in any other place of the island.... Regarding the cable tv, we have more than 50 chains (also british channels), and some with movies. Maybe you did not press the rigth butoms ?? . We're sorry about what happened to your husband and we hope that he can have quick improvements. Best regards Isabel
