Description
Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment with two bathrooms, one en suite. Ideally located in front the Maritime Promenade, just out of the buiding, for your walks of a few kilometers and in front of the sea, just 2 to 5 minutes walk to the natural swimming pool Doca do Cavacas and Ponta Gorda and to Formosa Beach as you can see in the photos, two big balconies (40 sq meters) with great views to the sea just in front and beaches and to Cabo Girão Rock.
Close to all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, outdor coffee shops, banks, shopping center, museums, cinema, gymnasiums, tennis, etc.
Fully equipped and comfortable, excellently located for guests who don't want to drive to visit everything the city offers, at a short walking distance (few minutes) from the municipal pools (Lido and Ponta Gorda), also Doca do Cavacas 2 minutes walk, swimming pool on the sea, and a fantastic restaurant built in the sea rocks.
BUS STOP:
Just out of the door building. It goes directly to city centre (Funchal) and takes about 10 minutes.

“Spacious apartment with amazing sea views”
Well located spacious and clean apartment with large balconies front and rear with sea views.Lovely walks along the promenade,lots of good cafes and bars.Bus stop across road with local bus into Funchal and the yellow hop on and off bus. small supermarket next door and large shopping centre (the Forum) with supermarket,Zara,H and M etc five minute walk.

Response from the owner Chérè Elizabeth R, Merci pour le review et pour vous remarques. C'est dommage qui les voisins ont fait du bruit et ça vous a dérangé. Vous avez raison c'ést dificille dormir et resté fatigué après les vacances n'est ce pas de tout agréable, mais en ce moment ce qui je peux faire c'ést de vous demandé de m'excusée pour ça. On fera des démarches avec ces voisins en esperant qui ça ne se repete pas. Au sujet du lit ( 1,40 ) qui vous avez trouvé petit et des pommes de douches qui marche bien mais qui à votre avis son vetusté, on envisage une prochaine oportunité pour la substituition/acheté des autres. Le clima à Madére normalement est beaux à cet époce lá, mais le temps est terrible cette année partout. Cordialement Gracinda de Abreu
