The sweet has 1 suite,second bedroom,living room,independent kitchen, laundry,3balconies,2bathrooms/private enclosed parking garage.Fully equipped apartment.First class balcony/frontal view to Atlantic ocean. This apartment has two bedrooms, one a suite overlooking Funchal, even a private bathroom and balcony with loungers to enjoy the morning sun. The bed is double and has a very good mattress. All the decoration is harmonious. Also you find here a lanai tent lanai, original creation, upon the threshold and color coupled with the romance and pleasure. The bed linen blend with all the harmony of the room and bath towels are provided weekly. Also in this room can have two wardrobes in the wall, one to put on his shoes, individually, and baggage and another to put your clothes.

In the second room is two single beds and a sofa that opens when needed for the 5th person. Here are also provided bed linens, pillows and duvets for a restful night's sleep.

For the rest of the apartment, count on another bathroom, a common one. The spacious living room its 30m2 and imagine yourself in our long white leather sofa and chaise long and view your favorite program on our 32 inch Samsung LCD HD TV with cable channels 140, or just watch one of the movies that left him free in our DVD Samsung. If on the other hand, you feel like reading more, we also offer books of the Island in various languages, also romances etc.

If you want to relax, see the view from one of our three balconies, we have set up lawn chairs and invite you to know our little box of tea much appreciated by our customers, chamomile, lemongrass, black tea, etc.. If you like more coffee no problem, enjoy the coffee that you leave it free and try our coffee machine. We also offer because we are sweet, sugar to sweeten your mouth. All this can be enjoyed in our apartment.

We cook for you if you want. Ask for Menu. Very good for late check-in.

Sunchairs available in one of our balconies, which are three, and also garden chairs in other balcony, all of them with extraordinary view to the Funchal Bay.

Very near you find many coffees and bars, bakeries, supermarkets,etc. It is a very family village located 1,5km away from the city and beaches. We liked here because the location is fantastic. You also can watch the fireworks in new eve's night from the balcony. It is wonderful, you must see it once in your life. Also you can watch the flower parade in April and sometimes MAy depending of the years. Because we have many flowers in our island, we do this party to remind everyone our flowers. It's fantastic. Also the carnival is being very famous in Madeira. Sometimes in February or March like this year. You can watch this two parties not very far from the apartment. Walking just 20 minutes you are there in the center of Funchal. Don't forget to vvisit too the flower and fruit market, very old building with many history. Also museums that Madeir ahas to offer. We have the toys museum very near of sweetbarreiros, just 300 meters away. It is very curious because you can watch all toys that Madeirian people played a few years ago compared with our days. Toys made sometimes by hand, almost poor people, and others ritcher. very near if you are a tennis fan, we have two courts, and it's about 600 meters away from the flat. These are good reasons for you to visit us.

“Great apartment, spacious, comfortable & modern”

Although the apartment is a 20 minute walk from tourist areas it was very romantic with modern decor and nearby groceries and cafés. We are an active couple and enjoyed starting the day with a short walk into town (we did get a taxi back on some of the nights though). We also went on a number of tours during the week and the guides dropped us off close to the apartment. Overall a lovely apartment with good views across the city.
