**Located on the top floor of the buiding enjoys a huge balcony outside with a fantastic sea view. Enjoying your meals outside, unforgettable sunsets or reading a book at the outdoor , are only a few things that you can enjoy at this location.
**The use of the apartment and its facilities by people outside the reservation made is PROHIBITED.
**Outside there is a shower with cold or hot water.
Cristal Studio is an open place around 70sqm inside and an outside area of about 60sqm.
It is totally private and located in a very quiet area in Funchal.
**We are not responsible for general cuts in the water or electricity supply to the building.
All the space was carefully prepared for our guests and good taste is a most all around. Comfort was also a priority and can be found in every single detail, like matress, pillows, bed linen, pool towels, bath robes.
**We are not responsible for the operation or malfunctions of the building's common elevator or any situation within the building in its common areas.
It is totally private and located in a very quiet area in Funchal.
**Apartment keys: Guests are fully responsible for the cost of opening the apartment door for this stay, if the key was left inside the apartment due to forgetfulness, the amount subject to the size of the intervention, paid in cash. Lost key - €20.
This beautiful new apartment is located in a residential area in Funchal where mainly locals live.
It is very calm, quiet and almost no traffic around.

The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, 7th floor.
It is accessed by one elevators which stop on the 6th floor; then we still have one level of stairs to get to the apartment. The stairs are very large and easy to climb.

Inside it offers everything you may need for you stay. Air conditioning, air dryer, oven, microwave, great friedge and frozen, nothing is missing.
On arrival you will be welcomed with a light snack, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, fruit (apples) bath and pool towels, bath robes.
**Parking place is not easy are sometimes farther away,but you can find near to the building.
In a walking distance from the apartment you have a very nice comercial area, with coffees, delicious bakeries, supermarkets, local fruit shops, chemist.
Also public buses are very regular and very cheap.

The fantastic promenade to Camara de Lobos is in a walking distance too.
Walking access to Levadas from here just in a few minutes.
All and all the best place for you to stay in Madeira...

“Fabulous”
Communication with Nuno was first class from booking to arrival and during our holiday. Welcome food and drink pack was a lovely gesture and most welcome after our journey. The apartment was amazing with lovely sea views. We used the bus service to get us to Funchal centre which was very good and frequent. All in all a lovely relaxing time had in beautiful Madeira.
