Description

Townhouse near the center of Funchal (about 1.2 km), in a quiet area, with a beautiful view of the city center and sea. It has a pool with views of part of the city. Access to public transport to the city center, to Monte and Santana (city north of the island). Near a few farms to visit, public garden, the nearest beach is 1,5km (beach and 4km from Formosa beach and other bathing complexes such as the lido, golf course about 4km. There is a grocery store at 100 m, snack bar at about 80 meters and another at 200 m, supermarket at 0.8 km and hypermarket at about 1 km. The house has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed and cot with bath and balcony with sea and mountain views) and other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 4 toilets (3 complete and one social) a large attic with 7 single beds, a sofa bed and a cot .. Common room , Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, laundry with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. Towels and linen provided (if the stay is longer than one week bed linen are provided for weekly change of linen) , Yard with sea and mountain views where you can relax and enjoy the landscape.

House was great modern and rlly spaceious there was 9 of us and still few beds left and overall plenty of room well equiped kitchen and lovelly helpfull host worth coming here good luck Marta :)

“Perfect big house for a family ! Friendly owner”

This location was perfect ! The owner and her family was really friendly. We were six with a 10 months years old baby and we have felt as home in this house. Thank you Marta !
