Beautiful apartment in the countryside in the province of Grosseto (South of Tuscany). Only a few kms away from the beautiful sea of Castiglione della Pescaia.
The apartment is located in a larger 2-apartments villa with a large garden and a 55 square meters swimming pool.
The flat (Flat B) is approximately 80 square meters with a large kitchen / dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
The apartment has just been renovated and it is fully equipped.
The garden has a little kids' playground, a table tennis table, a barbecue area and a 55 square meters swimming pool.

How do damage deposits work?
