The apartment is situated on the outskirts but very close to the Italian Institute of Technology, at the entrance to the motorway in Genoa Bolzaneto. In the surrounding streets it is easily free parking. If required you can access a private parking in the square below the palace and locked gate, the daily cost € 6. Especially suitable for business travel, study or holidays using it as a convenient base and economically interesting for those wishing to visit the historic center of Genoa being the area served by public transport in a short time leading into the city center where they are difficult to find parking if not € 2.50 / hour. The apartment is equipped with large and small appliances, dishes of all kinds, sheets, blankets towels. Very bright and quiet overlooking a bank transformed into a garden. Central heating, lift, TV, etc. The room very large bedroom has two beds that perfectly joined together form a large double bed, there is space for 3rd bed (folding slatted frame with comfortable mattress cm. 190x80 for adults). “Clean end spacious appartment”

Good location.Easy to get to town centre where you can soak up the history of the many attractions available.The world famous aquarium is a must .our hosts were available if needed.

Gabriele est très sympa Bel appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel Petit bémol : voisins un peu brillants et radiateur qui se déclenchent tous les matins à 5h30 Près du métro et centre historique

Gabriele parla meglio inglese ma era in ospedale.€ 1 per 7 giorni max a persona è la Tassa di Soggiorno comunale.Km 8,9 da casa ad Acquario Expo 18 min Mappa Ge internet.L'ospite puo' regolare le termovalvole, le ore di caldo sono stabilite dal Comune.Nel condomio ci sono pet come in tutta Italia.Temevano che vandali rompessero i vetri dell'auto, ,volevano farmi credere che in Francia non succede.Tutti posteggiano, in centro si paga €. 2.50 ora ( Blu Area) Nell'annuncio offriamo posto auto privato con cancello a €.6.00 giorno.Il prezzo della casa è congruo per 3 persone.
