“Clean, comfortable roomy condo with huge pool and beautiful beach.” Perfect vacation. Right on the beach with the added fun of pools and hot tubs. Make sure to walk down to the peer and stop in the very casual little cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fast, friendly service at a very moderate cost. Llyod is a pleasure to rent from. Have already recommended this condo to friends and family. It was fun with my grandchildren, but my husband and I are planning on a solo trip soon. We fell in love with this resort. Picture perfect.

“Beautiful location, quiet, private, just wonderful!” Great location! The condo was clean and comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful time. The beach was beautiful. The beds in the condo were great. All appliances worked great. Would stay here again. The views were magnificent!!! “Great experience!” We spent 5 nights at Paraiso to attend a family wedding in Destin. The house comfortably accommodated seven of us during our stay. The home is tastefully furnished and was very clean upon our arrival. There are a few areas that could use a little bit of touch-up paint and the carpet shows some wear in places, but that's to be expected for a vacation rental that likely sees a lot of use. The home is spacious, especially the bedrooms, which all contained dressers and/or roomy closets for storing clothes and luggage. The kitchen is equipped with all of the main items you would need for doing some stay-in cooking (pots, pans, various utensils, cooking oil) and there is a propane grill available on the front patio as well. Paraiso is in an attractive gated community and, even though the homes are closely packed together, we experienced no issues with outside noise. It is a short three-block walk to the beautiful beaches and the community pool is a fun place to spend some time with its rock island waterfall in the middle of it. The home's location is also convenient to Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons, and several restaurants. Finally, I want to comment on the home's owners. I found them to be very accessible during the booking process and were very responsive when we had a minor problem getting the thermostat adjusted upon our arrival. On most occasions when I called, they answered on first attempt, and on the few occasions where that did not happen, they returned my call within less than an hour! We would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

“Waterside at Coquina Key has it all!” Waterside at Coquina Key is a a well kept up gated community that offers all the amenities a wonderful vacation requires. Marlean's condo provides a nicely updated unit that allows you to enjoy the waterside condos in comfort and provides all the extra's you need to relax and unwind in the peace and tranquility of a watersdie property. The kitchen had all you needed and more and was nicely updated and contained all you need to cook in or prepare a quick breakfast and take off for the pool or to work-out. The only small downside is not to have a wash and dryer available in the unit. Although one is available 24/7 as the clubhouse and you can use your debit card to work them. the beds were comfortable, and the living area had ample seating available. Thank your for shring your condo, it was wonderful.

“Great location to restaurants, beach, shopping, spacious and family friendly” This was our third year renting the "Hi-Ev" home in Surfside Beach, SC and we always have a great time. Place is within walking distance to the beach. Beach chairs are available for use. It is close proximity to all the fine restaurants we like to visit in Murrels Inlet. Unit is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach yet close enough to visit places such as Broadway at the Beach, the Boardwalk or even Tanger Outlets. Unit is spacious enough for our family of seven to sleep, eat and entertain. We will continue to rent this unit for our annual family vacation to Surfside Beach, SC?

“Love staying at this condo!” My husband and I have stayed here many times. It's very comfortable and is well stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. The beach is just steps away and very peaceful. The location is great! Daytona beach is just a few miles away, Flagler Beach is just north and Orlando is only 90 minutes away.

“Great value for the Money” Well equiped, loaded with cool furniture and very clean beach condo. we are adding this review at the request of the owner as this is a new site for them.We really enjoyed our stay as the beach was wonderful, bikes fun, Club really beautiful and convenient to everything yet some $250 less then other rentals. new mattress was much appreciated. We also have stayed at the owners newest condo and while quite a bit more expensive, was beautiful. these owners are really easy to deal with and go out of their way to make your visit a good one. we will return to this Club and probably one of the owners two condos as they really were quite good.
