Description

This cottage is a real gem! Set in the chocolate village of Giggleswick, this cottage has a Beckside location and walking from the door. The accommodation comprises 2 single beds and kingsize bed with en-suite shower room, and family bathroom. There is a new M & S sofa bed in the lounge (for 5 guest) and a downstairs cloaks room.The modern lounge with gas woodburner, plasma TV,, underfloor heating throughout, fast and efficient WIFI (essential). The large kitchen/diner has patio doors onto a private courtyard with garden seating., plasma TV, and very modern and confortable.

This property is suitable for young and old, those who want to completely switch off and for the more active as there is walking from the door and the beautiful Yorkshire Dales to explore. The cottage is set in the National Park so everything is close by.

Sunnybeck cottage has featured in magazines, and the Travel writer for Manchester Evening News stayed at the cottage with her family and wrote a double page spread with a glowing review.

The cottage is very popular and many of our guests return year after year.

Both our cottages are dog friendly and we allow up to 3 small dogs or 2 medium size dogs as there is walking from the door and plenty of dog friendly local eateries (additional charges apply).

There is parking for 1 vehicle outside the cottage ONLY!

Additional parking may be available across the road from the cottage and MUST be arranged prior to arrival ONLY!

This property has the WOW factor and the attention to detail can be seen on the photos.

There is a large kitchen diner with patio doors onto a private patio with table and chairs and side access to the beck and a path leading to the village and field for a stroll into Settle.

There is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite shower room, 2 single rooms with bathroom and a sofa bed in the lounge with downstairs wc.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate 5 if needed.

Fast Sky wifi, underfloor heating, welcome hamper, towels and bedding are all provided for weekly and short breaks. There is a doggie corner with dog towels, bowls, poo bags, dog treats.

The cottage has a well stocked local information corner with maps, advice and guest recommendations etc...

Carol the owner is very happy to help and will meet you at the cottage on arrival (is possible) and she also lives local and will be on hand should you have any queries?

The cottage has private off street parking for 1 vehicle and additional parking for an extra car is by prior arrangement ONLY with the owner.

There is a very pretty front garden with roses around the door and a private patio at the rear with table and chairs.

The cottage is situated next to the beck and fields for walking your dog if needed.

We are VERY dog friendly and allow up to 2 med size dogs or 3 small dogs as there is plenty of dog walking locally and dog friendly eateries close by.

“Staycation”

Sunnybeck was a lovely cottage to visit, the cottage was well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay and beautifully presented. The fresh flowers was a lovely touch. Plenty of places to visit and local walks in peaceful settings. local pubs with good food within walking distance.

“Dog friendly, comfortable cottage in a beautiful peaceful area.”

Well equipped, comfortable, roomy cottage in a beautiful area. Half a mile to pubs / restaurants. The village pub has sadly been closed down recently, as has the local shop.
