The resort boasts very impressive first-class facilities. The expectations we impose on our guests relating to the condition of the apartment were emailed to you initially on 21 January; 2 February, 4 February and 7 February (all issued prior to your arrival). Additionally, our "Housekeeping Notice" appears on the refrigerator of every apartment we manage and this notice also confirms our expectations. We are saddened by your disappointment.
