Orchid Residences is located on Orchid Avenue in Surfers Paradise, just 50 metres from Cavill Avenue and 200 metres from the spectacular beachfront Esplanade and Surfers Paradise Beach. Everything is at your fingertips, from the very best shopping outlets to the hottest bars and the best restaurants. You need only exit the foyer, and you're right where you want to be.
The resort boasts very impressive first-class facilities. These include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool and seven spas, a sauna, two fitness centres, a day spa, barbeque facilities, a terrace, free Wi-Fi in public areas, HRSP-managed apartments, and even bicycle rental. “Best view of the gold coast”

“Not the same as the photos”
Run down, not the same as the photos. Wifi didn’t work, had to drop off and pick up key offsite. Front desk won’t help us as we booked from an “outside agent”.

Indeed we are a real estate agency located off-site as indicated by our confirmation emails and SMS communications with each guest. As confirmed by our "Where are We" mudmap emailed to each guest prior to arrival, we are located 3mins walk from your resort. With respect to your WiFi concerns, we advise that we strongly encourage our guests to report any issues to us as they arise whilst they are in-house as we employ full time staff in the service of our guests, including full time IT staff and a "IT Hotline" (the number is located on the modem inside each apartment). This way, we can assist in ensuring that our guests' stays are as comfortable and as convenient as possible. With respect to your other concerns, we not that our sub-penthouse, apartment OR2150, has always ranked incredibly well amongst and between our previous guests and so we are significantly disappointed and surprised by your indication that it was not an accurate reflection of the images we host of it on our website. Nonetheless, we confirm that we take on board all constructive criticism as it offers us the opportunity to improve our customer service.
