The house is located in Golfo Aranci, a small fishing town in the North-East of Sardinia only 20 minutes away from glamorous Costa Smeralda.
This is a tranquil area ideal for families.
The pictures of the beach are from the apartment on offer - the house is practically on the beach.
2 Bedrooms, 1 Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Garden with panoramic
veranda...all basics comforts including Washing Machine, modern microwave, barbecue and sat TV (including some English, French, German channels).
The shallow sea water and the lack of currents makes this an ideal location for families with small kids.
Sport minded individuals do also find plenty of activities: trekking to nearby
Capo Figari park (with a chance to spot wild boars and mufloni) , scuba-diving group classes and boat excursions and more...
Those who don't have a car or don't fancy the idea of driving in Italy should
find this a great deal as the beach is so close and there is plenty of
facilities at a walking distance (market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.
Can arrange a taxi to pick you up from Olbia airport (20km from the house).
