80m2 glamorous loft, redone in June 2015; comfortable, spacious, rooms with large sliding door, which allows living in open space. Nice living room with big sofa TV big screen (smart tv internet + French TNT + chains box). PC with free access on site, wifi. Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, central steam, ironing board, many facilities to prepare your meals, classic coffee maker, capsule espresso machine (DELTAQ), kettle, toaster, fruit press, raclette, microwave, 1st glamorous bedroom lilac and fuchsia tones, with ceiling mirror with led set and large dressing. 2nd bedroom in more sober tones with a 140 bed. (Close if loft occupied by 2 people only). SDB very functional: towels provided, magnifying mirror. Large terrace 80 m2 equipped with a barbecue. The loft is located in the neighborhood of Porto, in a large village very quiet, without any security problem, with all trade nearby, pleasant to live without a cap, with a beautiful view of the hill. A few minutes from PORTO, ideally placed to avoid daily traffic jams and enjoy the visit of PORTO and its surroundings (south-north-east) .BUS and all shops nearby including mini market. The terrace overlooks a vegetable garden where you can enjoy oranges / lemon / mandarin / passion fruit to pick the morning for your fresh orange juice or consume depending on the season. Fresh bread will be delivered for free every morning at 07:30 for all stays. to 6 days. Parking space close possible (20 € / week) Safe Chiens accepted (thank you to ensure the excrement and respect the plantations) after agreement, a supplement will be paid sue place according to the type of animals. End of stay cleaning not included (20 €). A beach kit is available in the summer, beach towels, umbrella, windbreak, cooler, ice block. Umbrellas are available (and yes it also happens in Porto). Laminated notes (in French) explain the operation of the loft, as well as some personal advice on port, catering, etc. We speak French, Portuguese, Italian. A deposit of 200 € (cash or French check) will be required against delivery of keys.
