Description
A 3 bedroom house at the entrance of the village, with execellent panoramic views of the surrounding hillsides, from it's two terraces, which offer a super place to soak up the sun, cool off in the small jacuzzi spa, ( Summer months at an additional cost if required at othe times of the year ) entertain at the BBQ and finally. spend the evening star gazing, as the village has very little light pollution.
The village offers a safe retreat for the whole family, as there is no though traffic.
The house has two bathrooms, three bedrooms,( 1 double, one twin and a single which can have an additional single added for children ) with room for two extra beds in the upper lounge should you require additional beds. There is a small charge for all extra beds provided.
The kitchen and dinning area leads directly to the large lower terrace and BBQ area

The house has wooden beamed ceilings throughout it two floors.
The ground floor has a bright and spacious open plan well equipped kitchen, dinner and lounge. Wood burner for the winter and fans for the summer.
An array of games, books, DVD's for all ages. Ipod/ CD docking station.

Twin and single ( can be a small twin extra charge for extra bed ) bedrooms, fans for the summer months
Family bathroom on the ground floor
Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the 1st floor with second lounge 'Wood burner for the winter and fans for the summer . TV and DVD player, books, games etc Two extra single beds can be accommodated within this room
Main bedroom with en suite shower room The upper terrace leads off this lounge.
The bedrooms have electric radiators, and the lounges have gas fires and well and the wood burners

Cortijo Paco, is the first house you meet as you drive into the village with a huge terrace looking down over the valley. Offering a great place to entertain, with brick built BBQ, tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols to make your stay comfortable, together with a small jacuzzi spa.( summer months only , additional cost if requied at other times of the year) The second upper terrace has tables, chairs and parasol
There is the use of a shared pool belonging to a neighbour which is payable on arrival, at a nominal fee. Summer months only at the discretion of the owner This fee is not included in the cost of the house

“Relaxing, peaceful, scenic,”
If you want somewhere that is quiet and peaceful then this is the house for you, the house has everything you need and then more, the owners are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble, the village is very quaint with no through road there's no traffic so safe for children, if there is a down side then it has to be the road up to the house a bit of a dirt track? but you soon get used to it. over all we had a great time and would definitely recommend it

“fantastic family accomodation.”
We arrived to find a lovley family property in a typical spanish village. Niki our host had left a well stocked fridge consisting of jam, water& orange juice and fruit. There was also fresh bread, cereal and butter. The woodburner was a real treat with an endless supply of wood to use. The property was very spacious and homley for our family stay and had everything you might need from a iron, hairdryer, games, books, video and even an i pod docking station which was really handy. The outside terrace was a real bonus, enabling us to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine or soak in the hot tub. The location was good , close to the local town and beach. Overall a great propert in a good location..

“A village hidden in the moutains but close to all you need and more”
Quiet village, surrounded by moutainside, great for walking, beach is a short drive down to the main town, lovely beach (pebbles) and restaurants. Sierra Nevada mountains - 1 and half hours drive away - best kept secret, both for winter skiing and summer walking. Accommodation excellent, spacious with everything you need and with invites to local village and surrouding events then life can be as quick or as slow as you choose.............a must to return to as impossible to see and do all that is possible in one visit.......
