Description

Escape to what is one of the most magical vacation destinations on the planet. Our home is centrally located in a neighbourhood of exquisite homes and within a short drive from the airport. Our property is surrounded with mature palms trees, lush tropical gardens and a manicured lawn. Listen to the ocean waves and take a short walk to the gorgeous white sand beach.

Our cozy house is decorated with tropical accents and enhanced with large windows, central air and nice furnishings.

There are two spacious bedrooms with king size beds, pillow top mattresses made up with fine linens, pillows and a duvet. Both bedrooms have full size ensuite bathrooms with a tub/shower combo, plush towels and bath robes.

Relax and unwind in the living room on our bonded leather sofa, love seat, ottoman and decorative chairs.

The full size kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances - fridge, stove and microwave. Other appliances include a fullsize dishwasher, glass blender, food chopper etc and all the necessities to make your meals. Dine and socialize at the breakfast bar.

The outdoor BBQ is perfect to grill your steak, hamburger or "catch of the day" and dine outdoors on outdoor patio set.

Lounge on the patio furniture while listening to the ocean and enjoying the outdoors in a private setting surrounded by lush tropical gardens that celebrate local materials, native trees and plants.

Other feature amenities include a Samsung 50” flat screen smart tv, stackable washer/dryer set, Fiber Optic High Speed WIFI, island cell phone, cable and a private enclosed outdoor shower with warm /cold water.

Beach items available: snorkel sets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tent and portable soft cooler.

Response from the owner Thank you for acknowledging our responsiveness and clean house. One of our best compliments is the cleanliness of our home. Our cleaning staff are amazing and would normally be finished with the house upon guest check in at 3 pm, unless it was an uninformed early arrival. We enjoy staying connected with our guests throughout their stay. We were not aware of your concerns about the beach and our home. I am assuming there were ocean waves during your stay. We could have recommended some other options of beautiful beaches that may not have had the same impact if the weather was windy. We are very conscious of helping to keep the world greener, healthier more sustainable place to live and therefore have chosen to keep our older stove and not discard it to a landfill. We hope that you will give the island of Great Exuma another chance. There are some beautiful luxurious resorts (Sandals & Grand Isle) 2 miles from our house on Emerald Bay.
