Townhouse with 4 bedrooms, shared pool, garden, BBQ, located at 2 km from Galé beach.

Capacity: up to 8 people; Suggest 4 adults 4 children

3 of the bedrooms are en-suite: 2 with double bed, the others with two single beds.

4 bathrooms, 3 with bath and one WC

The top floor bedroom has air conditioning fans are provided in the other rooms.

Lounge with Tv, stereo, fireplace.

This property also has Wi-Fi.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, cooker, blender, toaster and kettle, washing machine etc

IMPORTANT NOTE: If your arrival at the complex is after 7pm there will be an out of hours charge of 20 euros this is payable to the person who will meet with you.

The apartment is fully cleaned for your before and after your arrival and stays of 8 nights or more there is a towel and linen change.

Extra cleaning can be arranged if needed for a local fee please ask for details.

Response from the manager Thank you for the review, we appreciate your feedback. On the first issue regarding locations stated as Guia, I gave Holiday Lettings/TripAdvisor the exact address of the location of this property, but they advised that on their system it shows as a residential area of Guia and to put Vale Parra in the street field which I had already done. I did send you a directions link via Google Maps for the exact location which is also on the advertisement, taking note of what you said I will advise guests to note that the location is Vale Parra within Guia Parish. We note the condition of the BBQ we have advised the owners to purchase a stand-alone one until we can have the brick one repaired in low season. The missing bowls... this was an oversight as the cleaners did not notice on the check out clean, more have been purchased. Towels, Iron and ironing board, this was another oversite of the cleaner she will make sure she leaves them out in future. Air conditioning is in the top floor bedroom and fans are provided in the other bedrooms. Air con unit on top floor was checked and is working... It cannot be switched on by remote but only at unit itself and guests will be shown how to work this from now on. Sunbeds have now been purchased. Sorry for any misunderstanding.

Response from the manager This is ours and our property manager version of events. Unfortunately the lock at the property jammed, this was discovered by the meet and greeter. The manager was informed and tried to rectify, as he was unable to do so he organised a 3-bedroom property with private pool. Transfers to the property via McDonalds with whatever the client wanted was paid for. In the morning, the lock was fixed and transfer back all was sorted. The client also said the transfer driver had said the property did not exist. Actually, the transfer driver was not familiar with the property as we had to use another company because the client only asked us to arrange transfer the night before. It was not coming up on his sat nav so he rang us for directions. As Tina discussed with the driver it was the client that then stated that the property did not exist? We was also in contact with the manager throughout their stay to ensure all was good. Two days before returning home client demanded money back and threatened bad review if we did not pay. As he booked through trip advisor we said any refund would have to be through them to agree correct level of refund, after we received 3 more minutes of non-stop raised voice over the phone & without listening to anything we said, he cut the call. Rest assured we will never leave any client stranded that's why we prefer clients are met and not just given keys unless they are familiar with property and ourselves. Nowhere on the advertisement has it ever stated that the property will sleep 12, it is a 4 bedroom property and therefore sleeps 8.
