Description

Casa Amora is a house on the newer area of Quinta dos Álamos, the garden has lawn, flowers and a surrounding wall and hedge. The front terrace is close to the pool and barbecue.

Inside the house is attractively decorated. There is a sitting/dining room with TV with cable. There is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom and a further twin bedded room with a separate cloakroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has, washing machine, dish washer, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. Gated Pool (10 x 5) Internet connection.

Extra Electricity Fee applicable, per day (not included on the price).

Optional Extras:

Pool Heating by heat pump (price on demand).

On your departure day, you should leave the house in a reasonably clean and tidy condition so that it can be efficiently prepared for next guests (excess rubbish left on your departure and/or excess cleaning required will be deducted from your damage deposit or charged to you).

Our office in Guia is available for help and advise. Our own maintenance staff are able to take care of the majority of repairs. Discount theme park tickets available from the office. Car hire (Can be collected at the airport or delivered to the villa). Airport transfers (Take the hassle out of your arrival with your own private transfer straight from the airport to the villa). Very competitive rates; you can book and pay in advance through our office. Free Food Pack (where applicable). For 1 week stay: Maid service 2 visits during the week, 2 sets of towels and 1 set of linen. 24 hour emergency number. We have cots and high chairs for hire. Many villas/apartments have an internet connection and some pools can be heated for an extra charge.
