Description

A luxury and spacious apartment with an excellent beach front location. Furnished to a very high standard. There are three balconies, two of which have sea views. The development features a large swimming pool (with a separate pool for young children) and a gym. The Apartment Overlooks the Gulluk Marina.

There is a dolmus (mini bus) service that can be waved down outside the apartment to take you the short ride into Gulluk. A shop for provisions is within easy walking distance.

Gulluk is a fishing town which has developed around three bays. It is a well established holiday centre with numerous bars and restaurants. There are several supermarkets for provisions and a weekly market each Thursday. Inexpensive dolmus services to surrounding areas run from the bus station.

In short the apartment provides luxury accommodation catering for most holiday needs.

“Beautiful”

Super stay at Beach Residence. Gary met us with the keys despite late flight and was really helpful with local info. The apartment is large and well kept with everything we needed to enjoy the holiday. The complex pool is 25mtrs long and so nice to properly swim in. It was never too busy, with residents all preferring different times of day. Güllük itself is lovely once you have discovered all the different beaches and areas. We will definitely be back.

“Fabulous relaxing holiday”

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Beach residence. Wall to wall sunshine and the most amazing sunsets every evening from the balcony. The apartment is great and the bedrooms are very big. The pool is huge and generally very few people using it. Max of 10. The local beach is a 5 min walk and its lovely to swim there too. We used a local taxi company for the short ride into Gulluk they were so reliable and cheap. It is quite hilly so we didn’t attempt to walk there in the heat. We enjoyed Gulluk as it’s not a huge tourist spot but had lots of lovely restaurants along the harbour front. We chose Gulluk due to the 15 min transfer time from Bodrum airport, very handy. Booking was very straight forward and the local manager Gary was so helpful , he even organised a take away for us on our last evening We can’t wait to go back !!

Great well furnished apartment. Huge pool. Short Taxi ride from Gulluk centre 15TL, less than a pint of beer. Fantastic Boat trips Mehmet is best from Gulluk centre. Management team on hand to offer any help. Will come again.

“Don't hesitate, book before you lose out!”

Short and sweet review here. Fabulous apartment. Great views - right above pool. Shop 5 mins away out the back. Small beach the locals use 5 mins to the front. Immaculate accommodation. Seriously, book your holiday here.

“Fantastic Holiday”

We have just spent an idyllic 2 weeks in this fantastic apartment which was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Gulluck is a lovely unspoilt working fishing village which has a variety of restaurants serving excellent reasonably priced food - a bonus when you are travelling with 2 teenage boys! We regularly rent holiday villas and apartments, there is always something you wish the owners had provided - not in this case there was everything we needed and more! Communication with the owners was excellent, it was a pleasure to deal with them. We will definately return to Gulluck and to this 5* apartment.
