Our spacious 2 room boutique apartment has the most central location in town! Located in the heart of the lively Carmel Center, 125 Hanassi boulevard.

This serviced apartment is air-conditioned, fully furnished and comfortably designed. It has 1 luxurious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, spacious living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a closed view balcony overlooking the main street. The double glazed windows keep all the city noise out.

The apartment is located in walking distance from Haifa's best tourist attractions and entertainments such as the Baha'i temple and Gardens, Louis promenade, Gan HaEm Park and Haifa Educational Zoo, as well as shopping centers and designer shops, museums, cinema, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The rest of Haifa and the beach is easily explored with the conveniently nearby public transportation system of the city.

Within just a few minutes drive are Haifa's educational institutions and business centers: The Haifa University, the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, MATAM Business Park, the International convention center in Haifa, and more. All are easily accessible from the apartment by either public transportation or a private car.

Below the apartment there is a nice little cafe “Cafein” where our guests can enjoy breakfast at a discounted price - either have it delivered to the apartment or dine in the cafe. Of course guests also have the option of preparing their own meals in the apartment.

“I would so rent this place again”

I have stayed in this apartment for over 2 moths. From end of May 2015 till beginning of August 2015. It was one of the best and comfortable places I've stayed in Haifa. It was cleaned once a week with fresh white linen and plenty of soft towels. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need from kitchen appliances, coffee and tea, washing machine, dryer, ironing board, including washing detergents,2 televisions sets, fast internet and so much more. This apartment has a good sized balcony with a beautiful breeze from the ocean. Shops, cafes, supermarket, banks, money exchange and buses are practically at your door step. Tziona is very friendly and was there in a flash if I needed anything extra. I highly recommend this place, I felt at home there and will definitely book this apartment again. “3 month in Haifa”

Hello! I rented this apartment for 3 months - from August to November 2014. Price is very good for apartments in Haifa. Ziona (owner) is very friendly. She met me near Hof-Ha-Carmel train station and drove me to the apartment. I had a nice and clean kitchen with a lot of dishes. I hadn't problems with hot water, electricity and wi-fi connection. Cleaning was every week. Also I had a large balcony with table and two chairs, a double bed in the badroom, two TVs with satellite channels in English, French, Russian and Hebrew. The apartment's windows have a view on the street. The location is very good! The main attractions are located within a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants, cafes, banks, a supermarket are near the apartment. Bus stop is in front of the house. Buses go in direction of the Grand Canyon, University, market and beach.
