Well suited to a business guest seeking a touch of home warmth.

Close to Dofasco, Hamilton General, St. Peter's Hospital, Brock U Teacher's College, Osteopath College. 1 bus to McMaster; approx 30 min (September). 2-3 min to busses running up to 21 hrs. a day.

Single occupancy suite, approx. 120 sq. ft; one of two suites located on the top floor, next to shared 4-pc washroom. Broad check-in time, keyless entry, and self check in. Ideal for the independent, self sufficient business traveler. Inexpensive 24 hour restaurants within easy walking distance.

Lockable closet, Blackout curtains. No carpets.

Suite faces the front yard and the sunrise. Expect neighbourhood sounds - children playing, dogs, and the odd car on the street. As this is a professional location, other people in the home are generally very quiet.

There is also a gym 1 km away.

West Harbour and Liuna Station is within a mile or so. There is also excellent rental bikes, hiking trails nearby including access to the Bruce Trail.

Library and computers within close walking distance.

Hidden Hamilton: Hamilton is the waterfall capital of - Canada? The world? Surprise! 24 hour restaurants less than half a km away, a great gym, inexpensive food, world biosphere hiking trails, and a backyard that's perfect for star gazing!

This is a shared experience with myself + other Guests.• No alcohol, smoking, or guests. • Shoes off • Quiet hrs 10P - 6A. • Stove + oven are off limits. • Washer dryer + dishwasher 7-10P, + weekends. • It takes a few secs to keep your suite + common areas clean. Rinse your dishes and put them in the dishwasher. Rinse the sink and tub after using, and spray/tidy/wipe after yourself. Seat down in the loo. • Cover + seal all food. • Turn off electricals when not needed.• Magic word is "pinch".

How do damage deposits work?
