Originally built as a stable this barn has real character with its wide doors and arched windows. As with all the barns this barn was named after one of the farm workers employed on the farm. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and enjoy views of the courtyard or the surrounding country side.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Bluetooth dab radio with iPod dock.
Living room with 50” TV, Blu-ray dvd, surround sound, three sofas, coffee table and wood burner (a basket of logs, firelighters, kindling and matches are provided).
Downstairs toilet
Upstairs - 1 King size bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 Triple bedroom and family bathroom with bath and shower enclosure. Each bedroom has a TV and hairdryer. All bedrooms have Egyptian cotton bedding and white ‘fluffy’ towels are provided.
Private patio area with table, chairs, parasol and gas BBQ in courtyard.
This barn can be linked with Hammond Barn that sleeps six. Patios areas can be link too.
Adjoining door is locked and sound proofed.
This barn is not suitable for wheelchair use and has steps to and from the garden area.
Stair gates, high chairs and cots are available at the point of booking. Please contact us asap if any of these have been overlooked so we can make necessary arrangements. No cot bedding provided.
A wood chip boiler provides carbon neutral heat and hot water. All six barns have the luxury of underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs, with heated towel rails in all bathrooms and en-suites.
All six barns can sleep a total of 35, so an attractive alternative to a hotel for a corporate event or family/friends get together.
