Description
Mountain Rise is a clean and modern 6 roomed unit set in one and a quarter acres of prime real estate overlooking the ocean. With mountains behind and a stunning sea view in front, Victorskloof is the most sought after location in beautiful Hout Bay.
It has a brand new bathroom with bath and shower, new kitchen with stove and appliances, separate dining room and a large lounge leading to the main patio. Security is all new with sliding security gates, burglar proofing and alarm.
Hout Bay's glorious beach is set between the towering Sentinal on the one side and the world famous Chapman's Peak drive on the other. From Mountain Rise the ocean is framed on both sides by mountains with a view to die for. The cottage has a full length patio to enjoy early morning breakfast or evening sundowners or use our beautiful pool for an early morning or evening dip.

Response from the owner Dear Bescy, I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay as you always appeared to be very happy with everything. Yes, the squirrels do run a round sometimes as we have many trees in the garden. We quite enjoy them. But we have also trimmed the trees since you were here. The bed in the main bedroom is quite new and no one has complained of it before. The bedding is beige to match the décor but is clean and also fairly new. All the photos are of the cottage except the one of the pool as this is located near the main house. We have great reviews normally so I am very sorry if it did not suit you.
