Description
Light, airy, open plan and very comfortable, this villa has an uninterrupted flow from inside to outside which is created by sliding doors that extend the sitting room onto the sunny wrap-around balcony which overlooks the pool and house the built in braai, outdoor table and lounge. This is a relaxed yet elegant home that is suitable for families or a group of friends.
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms:
• Downstairs: a double with an en suite bathroom and a separate guest loo.
• Upstairs: three double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and one enormous master bedroom with an en suite and an entertainment area with TV attached.
• All have spectacular views
We have two friendly doggies and a cat who can either stay and make your holiday that more special or we can move them to granny's house! There is the new trendy Harbour Market down the road, as well as the more traditional fishing village fare, alongside the upmarket Mainstream Centre that has every shop that one may need.

The house is double storey and so only of limited accessibility for those of restricted mobility. Unfortunately wheelchair users will find it difficult as the pool is down several stairs.

There is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, high-tech fridge with ice and water dispenser, coffee machine, etc). There’s WiFi, a printer and a mobile phone supplied. Kids have pool toys, games, DVD and Wii. Travel cot.

Double garage and further private parking on the driveway. On a secure gated estate with full time guards. Fully alarmed fence and perimeter linked to ADT. Two gardens: the front with sun loungers and the pool and the back with an enormous climbing frame. A stunning deck with two sofas, BBQ and large dining table and chairs.
