Fully furnished condominium in Hua Hin 5 minutes walk to town centre or Villa Market. The unit usable area is 99.6 square metre two bedrooms, two bathrooms and living area with open kitchen.Bedroom 1 with king bed (air-conditioning and stand fan). Bedroom 2 with double bed (air-conditioning and stand fan). En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1 with shower and WC. Bathroom 2 with shower and WC. Hob, fridge/freezer, microwave. Living/dining room with TV (air-conditioning and stand fan). The kitchen has a two burner hob and large refrigerator. The unit is fully equipped with bed linen, towels, dishes, pots and pans and flat screen TV. Satellite connection (extra charge) and Wi-Fi internet are available (extra charge) and a terrace area have a table set with chairs beside of sunbed. The development has a large communal swimming pool close to the beach.
