This large townhouse, only 250 metres from beautiful Khao Takiab beach and approx. 5km from the centre of Hua Hin has the benefit of a superb tropical location while retaining a home away from home feel so that you can leave your worries where they belong and relax. Five minutes' drive from a beautiful sea-front golf course.
The house is decorated and fitted out to the highest standards. Two large terraces allow you to sunbathe or just chill out. A 14-metre pool in the garden complete with 2 jacuzzi seats makes this house a 5-star opportunity.
All three large bedrooms (approx. 320 sq. feet each) have queen-size beds, air-con, en-suite bathrooms and have been decorated in three distinctive styles by a Hong Kong interior designer. The open-plan dining and kitchen area provides seating for six while the comfortable lounge includes sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV with Netflix, YouTube etc. access and good broadband internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: microwave/grill, kettle, toaster, fridge, pots and pans, cutlery etc. There is also a washing machine, iron, cleaning equipment and hanging rails for laundry.
We aim to provide you with a tropical home away from home. If you require anything special such as cot, extra beds, daily cleaning and laundry services, help with cooking or baby-sitting services, we can help. We can also help with car transfers to and from Bangkok. Just let us know what you need.

The three bedrooms, designed by a Hong Kong interior designer, are very large and well-appointed with en-suite bathrooms and plenty of room to include a fold-away or cot bed (provided on request) if you are travelling with small children. Two of the rooms have en-suite terraces overlooking the garden and Monkey Mountain. All bedrooms have Thai wood beds, large solid wardrobes, and club chairs and coffee tables. The bedrooms are all fully air-conditioned and designed for your comfort.There is a large terrace on the top floor at the back of the house which overlooks a large swimming pool. As some of our guests are families with children, we can provide a large cot and highchair for any little ones and a fold-out bed if kids want to sleep in mum and dad's room. Please feel free to ask for anything that we may have forgotten and we will try and accommodate you.

In front of the house is the shared garden, complete a private 15-metre pool which is for the sole use of Baan Thai Villas residentss. The coffee shop in the garden serves excellent Thai and western food at very reasonable prices, and we can even help with outside catering. Alternatively, you can make use of the three large outside areas at the house and enjoy your privacy.

“beautiful location”
We were 6 friends travelling and spent one week here in an excellent location. The condos and grounds were very well kept, the staff friendly and very efficient, and the on site restaurant was very good. The condo was practically as advertised, except for a few things not explained when reading the amenities. Two of our members took a Thai cooking course and were looking forward to making meals in the kitchen. The description said there was a cooker, which one would assume was an oven----but there was no oven and only 2 burner hot plates to do any meal preparations. There was also no hot water supply for the kitchen and water had to be heated by an electric kettle to wash dishes. There was also no hot water to the bathroom sinks which was also an inconvenience.

Concerning the kitchen, it is not usual for Asian kitchens to have ovens but we do provide a micro-wave oven. Regarding hot water in the bathroom, the showers obviously do have hot water but, given how hot Hua Hin is all year round, we have felt that most people would not need hot water for the washbasins.

“Designer elegance two minutes from an endless beach!”
We had a great time. The house is on different levels and has been decorated by a designer and everything is very stylish. It was very quiet with a communual garden, nice pool and coffee shop. The beach is the high point - endless sand as far as the eye can see and only2 minutes from the house. We loved it!
