Absolute beachfront, Sunrise Villa offers an unforgettable opportunity to get away from it all and relax! An easy 45 minute drive from Hua Hin and situated right on the beach, you can watch the waves roll in, sunbathe on the sand or relax on the deck overlooking your very own private pool. The house sleeps 6 comfortably, has 2.5 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Great indoor/outdoor flow means that you are never far from the beautiful beachfront.

The house is situated in a quiet fishing village- at night you can watch the green lights of the shrimp boats as they bob on the ocean. During the day, you are close to two wonderful national parks where you can explore their natural beauty, including the famous caves, visit the elephant park, shop in several near by towns, visit the local markets, or if luxury is on your agenda, visit one of the nearby spas. At the end of the day, come home to the cool pool or beach for a relaxing swim.

There are many local restaurants close by, some right on the beach, offering an extensive array of amazing Thai food at very low prices. The area's speciality is seafood, which is always fresh and delicious.

The house is spacious; built and furnished to a high standard, where comfort is priority. We have thought carefully about how we have furnished and decorated our home. Much of the furniture is bespoke, made especially for the house. We have also supported Thai products by purchasing products that encourage sustainable industry for local artisans. Products by Jim Thompson, the famous silk merchant also feature in our home.

House rules

We want you to relax and enjoy our home. No smoking, pets and definitely no overnight guests above the booked number!

Please be aware of our septic tank and help us look after it. No nappies, baby wipes, sanitary products, oil or grease, antibiotic products or medicines down the sink. Also, please spread your loads of washing out over several days rather than multiple loads on one day.

There are lots of acrylic tumblers, wine glasses and glasses, please use these by the pool.

“Fantastic villa by the beach”

Great villa, fantastic private beach/pool and prefect place to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If you want to relax in style and to be off the beaten track - that's the place to be.

I do not have any rules regarding swimwear at my villa- you can wear anything you like in my pool!

Response from the owner Hi James, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and your emails certainly showed great satisfaction with the villa.I would advise reading any property description very carefully before you book just to ensure you will be 100% happy- for example, my listing does not include a TV, it states quite clearly that there is a screen for DVD viewing only- and we offer a vast DVD library to do this. Our hope is the our guests will enjoy the amazing surroundings rather than sit in front of aTV...which they can do in comfort and cool. Yes, the fridge is a huge one- I am always asking my family not to leave the door open when they are looking inside as it lets in the warm air which means the fridge has to take time to cool that warm air down. We always leave condiments in the fridge for our guests to use, it was unfortunate you cleared them out as we arrived after you and had no jam for our toast! We fixed the one small board of the deck that needed to be screwed back down, however! I would suggest in the future that you do not choose a gorgeous remote destination for your next holiday, but rather a country with the promise of constant power (so not in Thailand) a big TV and a the assurance of plastic perfection.
