“Our stay was a great experience!” The Bayside Bungalow in Lincoln City is a beautiful, clean and fully-equipped home. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub, roasting marshmallows and exploring on a very quiet beach. We enjoyed seeing sea lions on our beach, kite-flying and watching wind surfers right from the house! Lincoln City was a great locatin for us as we had siteseeing planned both north and south of the house. The home is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We will be back someday to the beautiful Oregon coastline and will definately look at staying again at the Bayside Bungalow.

“Exceeded expectations. Lovely place. Great views.” Description of house very accurate, but doesn't really do justice to large decks with ocean views which were spectacular. Having great weather helped of course. We were five adults (two couples and myself) and very comfortable arrangements. I slept in full-size bed, Which was partitioned from main bedroom by a curtain in upstairs bedroom for privacy. It worked well. Furnishings were tasteful, place was immaculate with very comfortable seating. I'd love to go back.

“Gorgeous views, Family friendly, Pet friendly beach house” This was a wonderful place to spend the Christmas holiday at with extended family. Our tweens really enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Watching the tides come in and out and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets was lovely.

“Wonderfully relaxing cabin” We loved our stay at the Sandy River house. It snowed 1 ft. the night that we arrived and had an awesome day waking up and walking to the roaring sandy river right on the property. The owner was easy to work with, the master bed was very comfortable and we would love to come back there to stay for our next ski trip. It is pretty close to the mountain but not in a resort- more of a quiet area to relax after a day of skiing.

“Well appointed house in nice development” We recently stayed here for a corporate team-building event (fishing trip). The kitchen is large and well appointed. The place is nicely decorated and clean. Would highly recommend for reunions or events like ours. We lacked nothing.

“The VIEW is everything!” From the moment my husband and I walked into the cottage, we were thrilled and in awe of the ocean view. We spent a lot of time exploring the area but always returned back to the cottage loving that view. We walked the short distance to the beach every evening and enjoyed looking for rocks and shells and driftwood. I believe the cottage was built in 1939 so there are aspects of it that show it's age but the main living area is lovely with super comfortable chairs and couch. Kay (and Randy) are very easy to work and readily available for questions/problems - although we didn't have any. I would return in a heartbeat! ❤️

“Perfection!” This rental home is perfectly situated for easy access to the slopes, but is so luxurious and comfortable, you might just want to stay in and take a soothing jacuzzi under the stars with a glass of wine instead. “Excellent place to stay with an incredible view” We had an excellent time staying at Windows on the Sea. The condo has a fantastic view of the ocean and is very beautiful. Every little detail was thought out and taken care of. It gets a little ding for "comfort" 4 out of 5 stars because the radiant heat in these condos is very poor and you can't get much hot water while also heating the condo. Not that big a deal and a space heater is provided and also wouldn't be an issue anytime but the winter. Also note: the other rentals in this building are ran by a rental company and we have had a very bad experience with them in the past. If you want to stay in the building, this one "Windows on the Sea" is the one to stay in and has the best view by far.
