high quality accommodation in a comfortable, safe and in total privacy. The casitta is located in a portion of our House with private entrance!

Has high insulating Windows thermo-acoustic ceiling with wooden beams and finely furnished with a sofa ' Samoa ' ConverTable with a simple gesture in a very comfortable double bed; a fully equipped microcucina Colombini with sink, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, Toaster, electric coffee maker, cutlery and crockery, completed with table and 2 chairs; LG 32 LCD tv, HI-FI stereo, shelves with books and local guides, a mirror, a canvas depicting world map; a bathroom with glass enclosed shower; a dressing room with wardrobe and shoe cupboard. The Casitta has heat pumps Daikin Nexura high quality that we are confident will be used infrequently because the Studio is thermally isolatissimo (and acoustically)!

In accordance with the regional legislation and also for safety reasons, do not agree to use stoves! To facilitate guests, we provide free glasses, plates and plastic cutlery and paper towels! Nearby there are 2 delis and supermarkets, where to buy already prepared food or heat, which can be enjoyed freely in the kitchen of casitta! Free wifi for their owners.

With our quality and modern studio, we offer a first class service affordable to everyone, suitable for both short term lets (just a night) or extended stays on a weekly basis. Unlike a hotel room, you will have to secure temporary living space all to yourself where you can relax, work, entertain and enjoy all that the South-West of Sardinia has to offer. It is suited either for romance escape than sports breaks. With our convenience studio you can make yourself at home, come and go as you please. The studio is ideal for business or pleasure and is situated in Iglesias, giving you easy access to the South of Sardinia.

The studio is fully equipped with everything you should need for your stay in the South of Sardinia. Contains an en suite bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, a kitchen corner with sink unit, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, cutlery, glasses etc. All the necessary utensils for your convenience giving you the freedom to eat what you want when you want. Hot Water, Air Condition and Heating, Wireless Internet Service,-a Large double-bed sofa. Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linens and 32 ' LCD Colour TV, HIFI music centre are provided.
