Apartment by the sea in Costa Nova do Prado, 10 km from Aveiro.
Watching the sunset from the balcony or go to the beach whenever you feel like are some of the privileges provided by this ground floor apartment perfectly located on the beachfront of Costa Nova.
The apartment is spacious and sunny, has an independent entrance and is comprised by:
• living room with dining and lounge areas, balcony with amazing sea views, TV/DVD player and a DVD movie collection;
• double bedroom with wardrobe,
• twin bedroom with wardrobe, with two single beds
(possibility of two single extra beds);
• play room
• bathroom with shower, hairdryer and electric towel rail;
• kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, blender, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine;
• patio with barbecue, cloth line, table and chairs.
Other equipment available: beach umbrella and windbreak, beach toys, books, deck of cards, baby travel cot, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, cleaning products, first aid kit. Bed, bath and kitchen linen included.
HOUSE RULES:
You'll be asked to fill in the Accommodation Bulletin prior to staying in this apartment. The SEF accommodation bulletin is intended to monitor foreign citizens in the country. All foreign citizens, including nationals of other member states of the European Union, must complete an accommodation bulletin when staying in a hotel, tourist resort, local lodging establishment or similar tourist accommodation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival time: after 3 p.m.
In order to prepare your arrival conveniently, please let us know your arrival time with at least two days in advance. We will be there to welcome and delivery you the keys of the apartment.
Departure time: until 11 am
Others schedules may be prearranged between the holder of the reservation and the owner of the property, according to the apartment availability.
CLEANING
The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival with bed linen and towels supplied. Guests do not have to clean the apartment on departure, we will undertake that task.
PARKING
No parking available, except for loading and unloading. It is easy to park in front of the house
VISITOR OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Booking should be made in one name only – that person undertakes to keep the premises and all the equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the booking period. All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left clean and all rubbish deposited in the outside bin.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of people must not exceed the number stated when the booking was made except by prior arrangement, and in any event shall not exceed the capacity as advertised.

“Sin duda muy recomendable”
El apartamento está justo frente a la playa y se puede disfrutar de la puesta de sol sentado en el sofá. Está perfectamente equipado, no nos faltó absolutamente de nada, incluso había sillas y sombrillas para la playa. Leonor ha sido muy amable y se prestó a ofrecernos información sobre la zona. En esa fecha había poca gente y pudimos disfrutar de un tiempo estupendo. Cerca hay restaurantes, tiendas, paseo para bicicletas, mercado y todo tipo de servicios. Sin duda recomendaría visitarlo.
