Description

This beautiful apartment, completely refurbished in 2014, is located in Borgo Marina of Imperia Porto Maurizio and is perfect for a family of four or two couples.

All Windows are fitted with double glazing and mosquito screens integrated into the wrought-iron gates that provide peace of mind even with the Windows open.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building located within a private passage and also has a large private outdoor area accessible from the living room window and door.

The apartment consists of living room with open plan fitted kitchen with oven and microwave, fridge with freezer and ceramic hob. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for preparing meals, pots, tableware, etc.. In the living room there is a sofa bed with slatted frame beech (160x195 cm size). The master bedroom has a large wardrobe with three doors. The bathroom is complete with a large shower in Crystal and fine finishes.

The accommodation features: LED TV with Italian channels reception, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The heating is autonomous.

The location is ideal for a holiday of sea and tranquility. The apartment is at 50 meters from the new Marina and 100 metres from the equipped beaches of fine sand. All major businesses, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, banks, post office, cinema, weekly vegetable market and the railway station can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.

Roadside parking is a little tricky, but at 300 metres there is a public parking and you will see that once you have downloaded your luggage you forget your car throughout your stay.
