“Best trip to Jamaica ever!!!” My girlfriends and I decide to take a girls trip to some where nice so we can chill, relax, party, and just have so fun. We decide on Palm Villa in Ducans, Jamaica. Now I've been to Jamaica countless times, but this time its was the perfect get away. First and foremost Jennifer was and is amazing. The villa was clean, relaxing, cozing and about a 2 min walk from the ocean. The landscaping was beatiful and the outside shower is to die for. Jennifer toke care of everting from food to transportation and everting in between. Also the local were very friendly (hey tony). In closing I would like to thank Jennifer and Palm Villa for making this trip to Jamaica the best trip ever. “Holiday Home” My daughter and I rented this really beautiful villa. Angie collected us from the airport and kindly took us shopping to get some food to tide us over until we picked up our rented car. The house smelled fresh as we walked in. The lounge is spacious with three and two seater settees, coffee table and a large smart TV on the wall. The villa has air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms that was much appreciated as it was sometimes 35 degrees outside. Bedrooms have TVs on the wall. There is a large round thick glass dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a washing machine that my daughter thought wonderful as she used it often. Everything is as described in respect of this villa. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return when next in Jamaica. Another thing we thought wonderful is the automatic gates - no getting out and opening the gate - just press the remote control, drive in and park! The security company checked the house and left a note to say they have been round. We felt very safe at the villa. If you do not rent a car, Bouge taxis can be found who will take you where you want to go or ask Angie. There is a very smart car for rental should you need it at the villa. We did not hire this car as we had previously booked a 4 x 4 to take us cross country to St. Catherine and other areas that had rough terrain. We were not bothered by anyone - complete freedom. “A vacation like no other” We were greeted at the airport by Norman, the most professional driver ever, he made our transition smooth and for a group of 12 adults, that is tough! He had thought of everything - including bringing a second van for our luggage! The staff at the villa greeted us at the door with warm smiles and cool towels, they made sure all our luggage was safely delivered to our rooms and then the fun began! We all stopped and stared at the huge view of the Caribbean Sea spread out in front of us, the breeze, the way the rooms are laid out and the villa itself takes total advantage of that view. We quickly changed, and began the most perfect seven days of nothing but relaxing, laughing and eating punctuated by an occasional sightseeing trip. Derek, the butler completely made the trip, he was attentive, but quiet, helpful but never intrusive - he made us feel so special. Ruby, the cook gave us gormet meals three times a day. We discussed our likes and dislikes the first day and she made it all happen. We did not need to go out to dinner and the one night we went to a lovely restaurant in town, we all agreed that we could have stayed home and eaten at Restaurant Ruby for an even better meal. It is tough to please 12 distinct people, but the staff and managment at Serendipity did just that, from organizing the most incredible massage at the villa, to driving us to out of the way Mayfield Falls, they never stopped working. All the rooms were large and private, we never felt on top of one another, we ate meals in different places, by the pool, in the dining room, on the deck, where ever we felt inspired to eat that day, Derek made it happen. I do not have one bad thing to say - I loved every minute, and would recommend Serendipity to a group like us, a large family, or just a few people that want to get away - It was truly a vacation to remember.

“Winter getaway-Jazzfest” The Residences at Briarwood, we recently stayed there in January 2014, It is one of Jamaica's best kept secrets, The owners Baron and Charmaine was most accommodating, kind, and pleasant, they made sure that we had an enjoyable time. this is the first time in 20 years I have not stayed in a non all Inclusive, this stay was a far better one. The beach is a 5 minutes transportation to Falmouth 2 miles away is inexpensive. I am looking forward many more stays in the future , love it , love it ,love it

“My Stay” I usually don't do this but I felt the world should no. This home has the most beautiful view. The home is well maintained, Bathrooms, bedrooms everything. I would love to keep this gem to myself but I felt I should share this with the world. The community is terrific close to local shops, the stadium and night life. I would recommend this home! Thanks Mr Williams we will be back.

“Looks exactly like the pics.” I would stay here every trip to Mo Bay!!! The owner met me at the airport on time, was friendly and offered a ride. Since I already had a ride we followed him to the property. If I was not with a local I would of got lost for it was several twist and turns before entering the locked gates of the property. Close drive to everything. The neighbors were friendly. As I entered the 3rd floor apartment it felt like home. Every room looks like the pictures posted. We were provided pots, utensils, plates, drinks (liquor), wifi, cable, stereo system, telephone, linens, basically everything as if you were home except for food. Ac is only in the master bedroom however there was a breeze during the day (please note I traveled in October when it is much cooler in Jamaica). The first day I took a cold shower but the rest of the days I had hot water. I like nice views and I could see the ocean from the living room. Thanks Ian!!!

“Secound Time the Charm!” My sister and I loved it the first time we went we couldn't think of another place to be. It was a very comfortable and relaxing time. Away from the cold of the us. The neighbors was nice and Delmar was as charming as ever.

“R & R at it's Finest!” I have stayed at this Villa three years in a row and am planning on going again for 2 weeks in February 2015! It is relaxing, comfortable and spacious and the staff are amazing as Sophia is the best and will make your stay incredible. I can't wait to return for my 4th visit!

“The best vacation ever at the best villa with the best staff” Alan & Reg, We had a fabulous time at Nutmeg! All six of us loved this villa/property. The ocean view was heavenly. All of the bedroom were great, and the master was simply beautiful. The staff was outstanding! We fell in love with all of them; Ms. P, Carlington, Nataleen, Shereen, Andre and Wilton. They were very professional and all were great at their jobs. Ms. P is an excellent chef. We loved each meal! We plan to retun to Nutmeg next year! We wish we could buy this property. I was told that it would be going on the market soon, however, we are sure that it will be too pricey for us. So, for now, we will just have to visit yearly. “Quiet, Crazy Wonderful” Dutura - Peaceful, beautiful, quiet, lush, green, roomy, comfortable, spacious! Dutura Staff - Amazing, kind, caretakers, fun, Great Cooks, great trainer, attentive, major attention to details that make you feel comfortable. Those are the words that describe this place. We were met with warmth and smiles. Chisholm took us to some great spots for Crazy adventures but really safe. Then home to an amazing staff that felt like family from day one! We stepped out of our comfort zones, we rested, we ate, we laughed, we Yogaed, we walked in beauty, we were challenged and we did not want to leave. Thank you Randel and Dutura for an experience we will never forget. We were the crazy 8's becoming indigenous! haha inside joke!

“The nicest vacation ever” My trip was wonderful, I met with Mr. Robinson outside the gate of the community so he could show me home sweet getaway. I had rented a car for the purpose of my trip, Mr.Robinson registered me at the security post so I could have easy access back and forth with my car. Before I go any further, Mr. Robinson is a very nice person he warmly welcome me to home sweet getaway. We enjoyed every inch of the house, the is beautiful and we'll equipped with all the amenities as advertised and located in a safe gated community. Also Mr. Robinson call from time to time to ensure that you are comfortable or need anything. Definitely it's the perfect home away from home. It's clean and tidy. It was spacious with all the comforts of home. The home was well stocked with all the things needed for preparing meals, clean towels and toiletries. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.
