Description
This 2 bed 2 bath villa is located just a short walk from the beach in the resort of Mojon Hills, close to the traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana. The villa is equipped and has everything needed for a relaxing self catering holiday, including that sea view!
The accommodation comprises : open plan living and dining area, with TV, sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, and full range of small appliances and laundry items, including ironing board and iron. French windows opening out from the living room to the terrace, with patio set.
There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite shower room and a twin room. The second shower room means that families and couples sharing have an extra degree of privacy. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Externally, stairs lead up to the solarium terrace, with loungers and parasol, the ideal place to enjoy the views over the Med and laze away the hours. The villa has a small garden and rear terrace and off road parking for one car. There is heating / airconditioning via a ducted system controlled by a thermostat, making the villa an ideal longer term rental and year round holiday home.
The communal pool is a short walk up some stairs opposite the villa, and is gated and locked for the use of resort guests only. There are parasols, a kids pool and a jacuzzi spa, but if you prefer to swim in the sea, then just a 5 minute gentle walk brings you to the nearest beach . The main beach in Isla Plana is a 15 minutes away. The village of Isla Plana is a short walk, and here there is a bakers, butchers, fish shop, chemists, bank and a selection of bars and restaurants.The beaches of Puerto de Mazarron and the new marina are just a short drive away, and here you will also find a larger selection of shops, supermarkets,bars and restaurants. Whilst a car is not essential, we recommend car hire to fully enjoy the area.
The villa is ideally placed to visit Cartagena, Mazarrón, Camposol and the Sierra Espuñas inland. Whatever the season, there is something close by to enjoy!
Pets are allowed only with prior permission and smoking is not allowed, on terraces only.
Aircon runs by card meter with 10€ credit included per booking. Additional cards may be bought from local management company.
