Description
Located on the coast of northwest Sardinia and surrounded by isolated countryside, this apartment offers a tranquil idyll for holidaymakers with a sense of adventure looking for quiet relaxation, fresh air and places to discover off the beaten track. Hiking and biking are the perfect activities here! The apartment is situated in a well-spaced holiday settlement with gate access for added security. Neighbouring apartments attach to your holiday home but it remains private and not overlooked, making it the perfect get-away-from-it-all location. The adjacent beach (less than 400 metres / 6 min's walk via a direct footpath linking the apartment to the shore) has clean, clear water and beautiful fish – great for snorkelling for all abilities! Also, walk to nearby Marinedda beach - a fabulous crescent of white sand surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, described by Bell’Italia as one of the “sand and water paradises of Sardinia where it is worth swimming at least once in your life”. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, with seating and tables, just a few minutes walk from the property.
The self-catering cottage-apartment is on one floor with a furnished terrace and a fitted kitchen, allowing you to cook and dine insider or outside while admiring outstanding sea views and incredible sunsets. Alternatively there are many restaurants within a brisk walk or short drive. Get to everything within a 5 minute drive (restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops etc) and also leisure facilities including a scuba diving centre, sailing, fishing, wind surfing, boat trips and a great water park. A drive inland also brings you to interesting places such as the Valle della Luna, towns with a mix of ancient and modern architecture, cultural monuments and also a natural hot spring spa centre for an afternoon of pampering or splashing in the adjacent river with its hot flowing geysers.
Getting There
Most airlines offer numerous routes to Sardinia, especially into Olbia and Alghero airports, both of which are within easy reach of our property at approx 85 km away (50 miles). Cagliari Airport is 254 km away (150 miles), should that be more convenient for your point of departure.

We consider a car is essential to access local amenities and fully explore all that this beautiful part of Sardinia has to offer.
