Encadrée par l’étang de Berre et de l'Olivier, à proximité des plages de méditérannée, des Alpilles et de la Camargue, Istres est une ville dynamique, classée station de tourisme, située en plein cœur de la Provence.
LA MAISON
Nous vous proposons une maison de 60m2 avec sa piscine privée chauffée, entièrement clôturée et indépendante, pour 2 personnes uniquement. La maison n'est pas adaptée pour recevoir des enfants ou des bébés. La maison est classée Meublé de tourisme 4*.
LES ÉQUIPEMENTS
La location est climatisée, la décoration est soignée et les prestations sont de standing (cuisine équipée, tv 3D connectée, accès wifi, lit queen size, coffre fort, machine à café Nespresso...). La location possède une piscine privée à l'usage exclusif des locataires, de 5m50 x 1m80, 1m25 de profondeur. Possibilité de chauffer le bassin de mars à novembre (avec participation), à noter que selon la période de votre séjour, il n'est pas nécessaire de chauffer la piscine.
LE STATIONNEMENT
Une place de parking sécurisée vous est réservée. Pour les véhicules électriques, une borne de recharge de 11 kWh est à votre disposition.
LA SITUATION
Située dans un quartier résidentiel, la maison se trouve sur notre propriété et nous vivons sur place (discrétion assurée). La maison et sa piscine privée sont totalement indépendantes.

Das Mietobjekt ist klimatisiert, die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und verfügt über eine hochwertige Ausstattung (Küche, internetfähiger 3D-Fernseher, 3D Bluray-Player, WLAN-Zugang, Queensize-Bett, Safe, Grill, Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine ...). Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen privaten Pool für die ausschließliche Verwendung durch die Mieter, 5m50 x 1m80, 1m25 tief. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, das Becken von April bis November zu heizen.
PARKPLATZ
Ein sicherer Parkplatz ist für Sie reserviert. Für Elektrofahrzeuge steht eine 11 kWh Ladestation zur Verfügung.
DIE LAGE
Das Haus befindet sich auf unserem Grundstück in einem Wohngebiet und wir leben vor Ort (Diskretion garantiert). Das Haus und sein privater Pool sind völlig unabhängig.

THE HOUSE
We offer a house of 60m2 with private heated pool, fully fenced and independent, for 2 people.
THE EQUIPMENTS
The rental is air-conditioned, the decoration is neat and benefits are standing (kitchen, connected 3D TV, blu-ray player 3D, wifi access, queen size bed, safe, BBQ, Nespresso coffee machine ...). The rental has a private pool for the exclusive use of tenants, 5m50 x 1m80, 1m25 deep. Possibility of heating the basin from April to November.
THE PARKING
A secure parking space is reserved for you. For electric vehicles, an 11 kWh charging station is available.
THE SITUATION
Located in a residential area, the house is on our property and we live on site (discretion assured). The house and its private pool are totally independent.
