Lindo apartamento studio com 37m2 no 11o andar com vista para o mar: cama de casal, cama de solteiro, sofá-cama, ar-condicionado, ventilador, tv digital, wifi, armários, cozinha americana completa, mesa para refeições, interfone para comunicação interna.
Serviço de arrumadeira/faxineira diariamente.
Prédio home-service, com garagem, restaurante, 2 elevadores, área de lazer completa: piscina, sauna, playground, salão de festa e terraço panorâmico com uma belíssima vista.
ACESSO DOS HÓSPEDES
O apartamento estará inteiramente disponível ao hóspede, com roupas de cama e de banho novos e sempre limpos, panelas e acessórios de cozinha, talheres, copos e louças.
Acesso irrestrito a toda a área comum do prédio, área de lazer, piscina, sauna, restaurante e garagem privativa.
INTERAÇÃO COM OS HÓSPEDES
O hóspede terá toda a privacidade. A proprietária estará à disposição para qualquer eventual necessidade, porém a comunicação é em sua maioria feita através das mensagens no site e da recepção do condomínio, que está habituada a resolver todas as dúvidas relativas ao edifício e serviços home-service.
Sempre que possível, será um prazer receber os hóspedes, mas eventualmente não poderei estar presente. Nestes casos, a Recepção está autorizada a fazer o check-in e o check-out.

The quiet hours after 22h must be respected.
Save water, turn off the lights qd out and turn off the air conditioning and fan qd are not being used. The electricity costs in Brazil are very high, it is understandable.
Do not throw anything out the windows.
