Watch daily stunning sunsets on Jaco Beach, Costa Rica from Casa Rio Mar -- a beach house vacation rental fit for a King and his family that sits on the South end of Jaco Beach. It’s a perfect location for family reunions, bachelor parties, weddings, special events or business meeting. All lifestyles welcome. It has 9 luxurious bedrooms, 9 baths, front and rear balconies, swimming pool with lights, outdoor shower, bar-b-cue rear patio surrounded by tropical gardens.

Amenities

Casa Rio Mar is 3,500 square feet equipped with all the amenities you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Each room is fully furnished using local woods, fabrics and art. We provide things such as: beach towels, bath towels, body soap, hair dryer, wifi, cable TV, AC, security guard 24/7, outdoor grill, free use of surf boards, boogie boards, volleyball nets and pool toys.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
