Description

Designer home in excellent location on quiet street, 450 meters to main street, 700 to beach or 6-8 minute walk.

New construction with high ceilings and an eclectic mixture of modern and rustic styles. It is secure and fully air-conditioned.

The large (4.40 meters wide by 8.90 meters long).and completely private pool, is not shared with anyone else. The pool has a shallow end of 1.19 meters (3.9 feet) deep and a deeper end of 1.66 meters (5.45 feet) deep. Next to the pool is a thatch-roofed slate rock terrace with a table with 10 chairs and chaise longues for sun-bathing and a gas barbecue grill.

The property (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) is rented to one single group and the pool is private. The property is walled-in and consists of a two bedroom, two bathroom, main house and two adjacent efficiency apartments with private bathrooms. An interior walkway connects the apartments to the main house and pool area.

The main house has two bedrooms that open up to the pool terrace. The Master bedroom has a King and the bedroom next to it has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms have flatscreen smart TVs, ensuite bathrooms and closet space with safe deposit box.

The living room in the main house has plenty of very comfortable couches and lounges around an entertainment area consisting of a 48 inch flatscreen HD smart TV, with home theater Bluetooth enabled sound equipment with Blu-ray/DVD player. Two children can sleep in the Queen sofa bed in the living room.

The main house full kitchen is large and well equipped with stove/oven, blender, rice cooker, large microwave and refrigerator. It's separated from the living area by a finished-concrete breakfast counter with high chairs.

Each of the two apartments sleeps four people in one double bed and two twin beds. Each apartment has a 40 inch smart HD flatscreen smart TV, a small kitchen with fridge and microwave, ensuite bathroom, and safe deposit box.

Pricing quoted here is for the entire property. The maximum occupancy is of 13 adults and 2 children under 18 years old.

The base rate is for up to 9 persons. Thereafter, an additional fee per person per night will be automatically added. Children under 3 years old are not charged this fee.

* Pets allowed: only dogs of quiet nature. A $26.25+ VAT pet fee per stay per dog will be requested on arrival. This pet fee does not cover damage caused by pet. Dogs must not swim in pool or climb beds or furniture. Owners must collect and dispose properly of all dog waste.
