Riviera Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing environment for your holiday vacation. We believe the location provides a "home from home" experience, with all those little extras to ensure you and your family/friends have a relaxing stay. The apartment has unobstructed views of the beautiful Parc Exflora from the main balcony.The second balcony adjoins the master bedroom and overlooks the infinity swimming pool. Both balconies have garden furniture so you can make the most of the views.The apartment has been tastefully decorated throughout.The apt comfortably accommodates 5 adults with a Master bedroom (King size bed), Twin Bedroom (2 single full size beds), leather lounge suite (transforms into a full size double bed). TV, XBOX-360, HIFI with iPOD docking, DVD player & Wi-Fi.Fully fitted kitchen with full size oven, fridge/freezer & microwave. A/C in bedrooms. Onsite reserved underground Parking. Onsite Infinity Swimming Pool with toddler section.

Response from the owner Hi Jamie, Many thanks for the detailed review and I am glad you enjoyed your 3 weeks stay in our apartment. I am glad you enjoyed the many places to visit in the surrounding area. We are now staying in the apt for our summer holidays and I have spoken to the guardian about the limited hot water. I am glad to report that after the visit from the electrician we now have hot water generated continuously throughout the day in the summer months. Please note that it does take 7 hours to reheat the water tank but we can shower in the morning and in the evening and have hot water for washing the dishes. I hope future reviews will confirm this fact for all to read. Many thanks for pointing out others didn’t have the issue. I was led to believe it was an issue for all in the complex. Time for a dip in the pool…… Regards, Bash

Response from the owner Many thanks for the review Shannon. The heating system was replaced a couple of years ago and we added the biggest tank which would fit in the cubicle (150 litres). Unfortunately as most complex's in the south of France, there is no gas and therefore hot water is provided by a hot water tank which is heated by electricity overnight. I agree that there wouldn't be enough hot water to fill a bath and have water left over for other uses. The hot water needs to be used more sparingly than in the UK where we have combi boilers, which will produce hot water on demand. We have had several larger families stay. I will see if its possible to have the water tank heated more than once a day.
