Description

The residence is in the very centre of Juan les Pins, 50 metres from the sandy beach and all amenities (shops, restaurants & bars, supermarket, and even the casino).

This Penthouse apartment (46 sq.mtr) opens on a large terrace (20 sq.mtr) with south exposure. It has a lift access, high speed wifi, flat TV and air conditioning. It can accomodate 7 people but is be best suited for up to 5.

The bedroom comprises 1 double bed and a triple bunkbed. A sofa bed (clic-clac) is in the living room.

An extra 10€ per day per person applies for groups of 6 or 7.

Final cleaning fee 65€.

Beds linen and towels are not provided (extra cost)

Standard check-in time is 4:00 pm on week-ends, 6:30 pm on week-days.Standard check-out time is 10:00 am on week-ends, 8:00 am on week-days.

Fabulous patio overlooking the street and sea in a great location in the centre of Juan Les Pins. Great for family with young or adult children. Amenities were good except lacked some blankets for sleeping, but in summer that wouldn't be a problem. Rating of 4/5 reflects good quality furnishing and finishing, but not high end and was tidy, but could have been cleaner.

“Very nice appartment at a great location.”

Very nice renovated appartment. It's situated very good. In the middle of the city center of Juan les Pins. The beach, the supermarket, the restaurants, the shops..it's just a few steps. Sometimes a little bit too much noise from the street, when you're sitting on the terrace.But we knew this,and it didn't bothered us a lot. There isn't a wardrobe (only a chest with 3 large drawers) at the bedroom. Me and my husband would surely come back! The owner (Mr.Bertrand) is a very friendly and honest person.
