A very spacious luxury 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with open plan living/kitchen area enjoying uninterrupted views across the whole of Kalkan bay. Situated directly above the Villa Mahal boutique hotel providing you with easy access to the beach clubs, restaurants and facilities and boat service across to Kalkan harbour.
This newly decorated apartment is on the raised ground floor, built to a high standard with beautiful antique tiled flooring throughout. All rooms are fully air-conditioned.
All bed linen is provided 100% cotton with bath towels and ‘Beach’ towels are also provided so no need to pack your own!

“Great stay!”
We had a wonderful stay at Dirks place, plenty of space in the apartment, two good sized bedrooms and lovely terrace to admire the stunning scenery across Kalamar Bay. We will be back again soon!

Response from the owner Hi Steve, Thanks for taking the time to provide a review and glad you enjoyed yourselves in Kalkan. You should have emailed me about the blankets as we have duvets and covers under the 'lift up' single beds in the second bedroom if you wanted. We don't sleep with the air conditioning on at night so probably don't notice the cold as much. Many thanks again. Dirk

“Perfect apartment”
We stayed at No.2 Eagles Nest apartment for a week and chose it from a shortlist of 5. We're so glad we did as it has to be one of the best appointed and perfectly located apartments we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a fair few). Albeit that you have a 15 min walk into town, that's not necessarily a bad thing, particularly if you just stuffed out at one of the many restaurants/bars in the old town! Or you could always just get a cab as they're cheap enough. The apartment itself was stunningly appointed, decked out in tumbled Turkish tiles on the floor and walls throughout, with two huge bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Every room has air conditioning and the kitchen/utility have every appliance you need to make your stay as independent as you want it to be. There was nothing better than opening the blinds, and patio doors first thing in the morning and taking in the stunning view (as we did for the vast majority of each day) however, if you prefer life by the pool then it's just one floor up (effectively on the roof of the apartment) and at no stage did we feel we needed to rush out and 'throw our towels on the sunbeds'. All very relaxing and just what we were hoping for. We can't recommend this accommodation highly enough and the owner made it so very easy to book and get there, even throwing in details of a few recommended restaurants and bars as well as putting us in touch with Hasan who looked after our transfer too/from Dalaman airpot. Who needs package holidays when independent traveling is THIS easy!

“Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views”
Just returned from a wonderful holiday in this fabulous apartment. Our 11th holiday in Kalkan since 2007 and our 6th stay at Eagles Nest - a recommendation in itself. Have tried other places in Kalkan but in our opinion this is the place to stay if you want a totally relaxing holiday with stunning views over Kalkan which are quite simply breathtaking. Nothing better than sitting on the terrace with a sundowner enjoying some glorious sunsets and gazing at the twinkling lights of Kalkan town by night - perfect! The apartment itself is absolutely huge, very comfortable and beautifully furnished with some lovely finishing touches including local pieces. There is loads of storage space and it is equipped to the highest standard. The owners were very helpful and provided all the information and tips we required for our stay. They have also put together an excellent guest manual in the apartment and should be very proud of their achievements ensuring that guests have the best possible holiday. A highly recommended apartment to which we would return without hesitation in the future.
