Ekin apartment Hayat is a luxury 3 bedroom penthouse apartment with private plunge pool, 4.5m(14.7ft) long x 2.5m (8.2ft) width x 0.75m (29.5”) offering spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests. Set in a quiet and residential but central area, it is an easy 8-10 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan.

Hayat is a stunning duplex apartment with 3 modern bedrooms, two sea view balconies, one mountain view balcony and a private terrace and plunge pool. On the roof floor level is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave, a dining area seating 6 guests and a living area with a flat screen TV and DVD player. There is also a WC on this level.

The first floor level of the apartment holds 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with a private balcony. There are 2 double bedrooms (one of which is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom) and a twin bedroom. THe twin bedroom can be made into a third double bedroom if required. There is a separate bathroom on this level. The washing machine and utility area are also on this level.

From the roof floor level, guests have access to a superb terraced area with fabulous sea views and a private, swirling plunge pool with built in seating; just what you need to cool off on a lazy afternoon in the sun. The terrace is fully furnished with sun loungers, bean bags, cushions and parasols.

Getting around

Within Kalkan itself there is often no need for transport. However, taxis are cheap and readily available or hire cars can be booked. In the surrounding area, there are good transport links to local towns and villages via bus or minibus (dolmus). To visit the many sites of attraction near to Kalkan such as Saklikent Gorge, Patara Ruins & beach, Tlos, Kekova, Myra, Xanthos and the Greek island of Meis- many local tour companies offer daily tours to these sites or car hire is reasonably priced.
