Elmas Yildiz is a fabulous 1 bed garden apartment on the ever popular Mediterranean complex. Elmas Yildiz (Diamond star) is tastefully furnished & very well equipped with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. The apartment has one of the largest private gardens/outside areas on the complex, allowing for privacy, & giving plenty of space for relaxing and making the most of outdoor living.
The apartment:
The internal accommodation consists of a spacious open plan lounge & kitchen, a bedroom and shower room. The kitchen is large and fully fitted, with oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine, and is very well equipped, with everything you could want for your self-catering needs. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and chair with occasional tables, a TV with inbuilt DVD player )NB - DVD playback only), a Bluetooth speaker & iPod dock. The apartment has free WiFi plus a safe for extra peace of mind.
The bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and vanity unit with hairdryer, and the modern shower room is adjacent.
Outdoor area:
Enjoy alfresco dining on the shady private patio area, relax on the comfortable sun beds, or go for total relaxation and quiet time on the day bed. The gated private garden area is very attractive, with an olive tree, colourful Bougainvillea and lots of pretty plants and flowers. The Mediterranean complex is well regarded and a desirable place to stay. It is a good size, with a choice of 5 communal swimming pools, and is very attractive, with lovely gardens, and is in an excellent location, only minutes from local shops, restaurants and banks, and just a short walk (5 minutes) to the Old Town and Harbour. As well as the garden furniture, Elmas Yildiz has 2 sun beds and a parasol for guests use at the pools.

“Lovely place”
Just spent 16 lovely days at the Med Apt A1 in Kalkan.The apartment had everything we needed and was nicely decorated and very comfortable. Having probably the biggest garden on the complex was a bonus too meaning you could move around to suit either sun or shade. The gardens & 5 swimming pools were kept immaculate. The location was ideal for us as you didn’t have far to walk to the supermarket,bars or restaurants. Have already booked for next year!

“Relaxing Stay”
On my second visit to Kalkan I stayed in the apartment, which was clean, well decorated and roomy with all you would need if you wanted to eat in for the evening which I never did as there are far to many good restaurants to pass up the opportunity to try. Fully air-conditioned if needed but at the time I stayed it wasn't needed, the outside terrace area is private and is more than ample, I would go as far as to say large for the apartment and a short few strides away from the first pool where you could pick up the sun again after it had moved off the terrace around 2 -3 in the afternoon. It is really close to the centre of Town and depending on your route you could avoid the steep hills if you so wanted. A very nice apartment and would look to stay there again.

“Lovely apartment in a great location close to Kalkan town”
We had a great time staying in this lovely apartment which is very well equiped, well furnished and very comfortable. There is a lovely large private garden area in front with sun beds and a large day bed. There are five pools on the complex to choose from, one is very close to the apartment and the largest pool is close by too. The location is great and this is probably one of the closest complexes to the town and a level walk to the town by cutting through the school grounds in the evening.

“1st time in Kalkan”
This was our 1st time here in Kalkan, myself & my 18yr daughter. And what a wonderful holiday we've had. This apartment is outstanding and I'm booking it again next year. It was perfect for me and Abigail. It had everything you could need. Beautifully decorated and just right for visiting the Old Town. Glorious apartment on a fab complex. Worth ever penny.
