Description
Spacious,airy penthouse.Bigger than some villas.Sleeps up to 6. 3 double bedrooms ,2 ensuite plus a separate toilet shower room. . All rooms have a sea view and doors onto a private terrace.
*Decorated throughout Spring 2023 ready for this season.New appliances.
Everything you will need is close by but the area is still very peaceful.
There are 2 shared pools.
Three double bedrooms ,two twin ,one king, two with en suite .The downstairs bedroom has shower/toilet adjacent.All have hand crafted fitted wardrobes and drawers.All three have sea views and doors opening onto the private terraces.
The landing area has a bookcase with books and games for your use.Glazed door on to the private terrace. The large upper terrace is equipped with quality sun loungers, and comfortable cushions, a sofa, tables and chairs ,large umbrellas .Also a covered pergola with seating
.Great for watching the sun go down and the lights of Kalkan.
All rooms have air conditioning / heaters and the windows are fitted with mosquito netting.Cot and baby equipment can be sought locally on application.

“Perfect place to stay…….”
The spacious Aquarius Penthouse occupies two floors - both with well furnished terraces offering an uninterrupted, panoramic view of Kalkan - especially pretty at night with all the lights! The two pools are shared by five other apartments, but we always had the pool to ourselves - the back pool is smaller and had the sun all day and by the evening it was like stepping into a warm bath! The front pool is larger and was generally cooler and set in a large garden area where you may find the two resident tortoises (they both love water melon!) Although located in a quiet, peaceful position, you’ll find all the amenities you need close by - supermarkets, restaurants, banks, chemists and even the Atlantis Turkish Bath & Spa are literally a 2-3 minute walk away - the Thursday market is just up the hill. Take a look at the Guest Folder for loads of info on places to eat - we ate at Lime and had a great takeaway from the Hunkar Kebab House (both close by). In town we ate at the Small House, Belgin’s Kitchen, Akin, Akdeniz and the Indigo Beach Club ( Thursday night is movie night at the Indigo, so after our meal we watched The Beach under the stars!)…….all recommended! There’s so much to do in Kalkan and the Aquarius is the perfect place to stay. Thank you so much Pam & Terry for sharing your apartment- we will be back!

“Perfect in every way!”
Now we are home and settled, I wanted to write to tell you what a wonderful holiday we have had. We spent 16 nights in your apartment and still wanted longer! Kalkan is a wonderful place which we will definitely be visiting again and your apartment is ideally located - even with the hill!! As soon as we arrived, I found my favourite place upon the upper terrace and spent many evenings looking out across the bay. The pools were ideally situated and perfect for cooling off in; they often felt like our own private pools as it was very quiet. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and cleaned regularly during our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon. Nicki
